Big shout out to **** and the crew from Monster Fence Company.Friendly, professional and flexible! Did a great job removing two sections of my cedar three-rail fence and replaced it with a beautiful double-wide cedar gate and all hardware. When I asked for a minor deviation from the agreed plan, **** was eager and flexible to accommodate the change and make the customer happy. Great job ****!

Monster fence worked on our neighbors property to install a fence. First issue is they cut our internet line; instead of notifying us of any issue they just left.After that they spray painted the line of the internet line. Issue is that they used regular spray paint and the install dude told us it would wash off with the rain. Fast forward multiple rain storms I reach out for them to come out and pressure wash the paint off our landscaping. Had a month of back and forth and they basically told me not their issue and stopped responding.Avoid these clowns, theyre not willing to clean up after themselves.

The crew lead by **** showed up early, worked fast and very effectively. The posts were put exactly where they needed to go related to my property line, and were exactly lined up. They followed the next day quickly assembling the rest of fence and did a great job adapting one corner of property to connect with my neighbor. I can say enough about these guys with a great agreeable and flexible approach made the job go flawlessly. I will most certainly recommend them to my neighbors.

Very skilled and knowledgeable, such an incredible and fast process from consultation to close; but what stood out most was the quality of work. Absolutely exceeded all expectations!! We chose Monster Fence to replace some fencing at our rental property in January 2022. In May of 2022, the gate blew down and broke. I asked them to take a look as it should be covered under warranty. Upon review they stated that the issue occurred because the gate blew open and that it would have to be a new insurance claim or if we didn't file a claim it would be another $500 to fix it. They also stated that it was my tenants fault because they left the gate open. My tenants assured me that the gate was closed. We decided to fix the fence ourselves because we didn't want to give them any more money for the poor workmanship and quality of the products that they used. When we did this we found that the fence was installed crooked and that the bottom of the gate wasn't even. When we pulled out the nails that were used they were of such poor quality that we were able to break them in half with our fingers. We used screws to fix the gate and replaced the nails with screws also. It is much better now and we aren't professionals and it only cost us $61.
