Refund Policy for Tekton Construction

Policy Overview: At Tekton Construction, we are committed to delivering high-quality construction services. Our refund policy outlines the procedures and conditions under which customers may request a refund for services and materials provided.

1. General Refund Conditions:

• Refunds will be considered for services and materials that were unsatisfactory or not as described in the initial contract.
• Tekton Construction will filter material used for any unsatisfactory items from suppliers. Those materials will not be used. Further inspection to be completed by customer within 48 hours of material delivery to site. If items do not meet customer satisfaction the client should notify us in writing immediately. A description of why the material does not meet customer satisfaction is required.
• Any requests for refunds must be made in writing within 30 days of the services being rendered or materials being delivered.
• A detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request must accompany the written request.

2. Construction Services:

• If construction work was not completed as specified in the contract, the client should notify us within 15 days for an inspection.
• If we determine that the work does not comply with the contract specifications, we will correct the issue or issue a partial or full refund as appropriate.

3. Material Refunds:

• Unused, unopened materials may be returned within 30 days for a full refund, minus any shipping or handling fees incurred.
• Custom orders or materials specifically ordered for a project are non-refundable unless defective.

4. Cancellation of Services:

• Clients may cancel their service agreement at any time prior to the start of work, which will warrant a full refund of any deposits made, minus any incurred costs.
• If services are canceled after work has begun, the client may be entitled to a refund proportional to the uncompleted work.

5. Dispute Resolution:

• In the event of a disagreement regarding the refund, both parties agree to engage in mediation before pursuing further legal action.
• If necessary, disputes may be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Colorado state regulations.

6. Legal Compliance:

• This refund policy conforms to applicable Colorado state laws and federal regulations including the Colorado Consumer Protection Act.
