I called and after going over all the room sizes with Tammie she quoted me a price which I thereafter got approval from the tenant to go ahead with the carpets cleaning. Two days later Tammie calls and said she made a mistake and it will cost over $100.00 more. I asked if Steamatic would honor the quoted price since I already got approval from the tenant and it would not be right to go back and tell them its going to cost over $100.00 more than was quoted. Tammie said it would be coming out of her pay check and she was NOT going to honor it. This is very unprofessional and I am very disappointed with Steamatic. She had me give her the all the room sizes and the number of steps and I specifically told her I had to get approval, which I did and scheduled everything accordingly. Only to be called back 2 days later and told SORRY but we can't honor the quoted price. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, I would not recommend them to anyone. If I could give them a ZERO I would.

The pricing that I quoted this customer was not quoted correctly, by mistake. Which was an addition error on our part. We immediately called the customer back after we discovered error to let them know of the mistake well in advance of any appointment for service. We left a voice mail for the person as there was no answer. When she returned our call, I explained that I had made an addition error when giving the quote and the pricing would be more than originally quoted. They asked if we would honor the quote which was incorrect, and we said we were calling back to acknowledge our mistake and let them know that if they still wanted our services at the corrected cost. Once we told the customer that correct price for our services the customer said they would not pay the correct estimate and wanted the service and to pay based on the incorrect estimate. We unfortunately could not accommodate the incorrect estimate and the customer declined our services. After the phone call this person went on to BBB and placed a bad review because we were honest and made a mistake but informed them well in advance prior to any services being performed. We pride ourselves in being up front and honest. This was very unfair to Steamatic. Please feel free to call the office at 719.390.3872 to discuss further.
