              I do not normally take the time to write a bad review but this was a $200 mistake. I asked for a Balayage and walked away with bright orange hair. I have never had my hair colored before so I am not versed on what all needs to happen. But my colorist chose not to use a toner. Which I now realize that I needed. Im in the military so I can't have a hair color that is considered not natural. We talked about a color close to my own and we even pulled up a photo of what I would like it to look like. The colorist was very nice and seemed helpful. But orange is nowhere near my hair color. I do not recommend this shop for new customers. Someone did reach out to get my side of the story but I do not trust my hair to be corrected there. So there was nothing they could do for me. Im just out $200 and what it cost to fix it. Im sure there are good stylest/colorist there. But dont go off their photos on their website. If you dont know who the good ones they will book you with anyone.
