THIS PLACE IS SO WRONG!!!!! I have been a patient with diversus health for a few years. Let's just start with how horrible their scheduling system is. If you want an appointment on Friday you have to call that Tues before. Those days that are needed for appointments aren't never readily available. Second of all I was on hold for about 16 minutes just to be told that they closed my patient file due to lack of scheduling another appointment. Mind you, I've had some life style changes that caused me to lose my job and insurance. I started a new job Aug of 2023 that involved a wait time on health insurance. That job fell through and I picked up another job that Oct. And long and behold there was a 90 day wait to get me enrolled in health insurance. Mind you, these situations are beyond my control and life happens. After being told they will no longer see me as a patient and that they will only be seeing New patients that are only on ******** and or already existing outside of ******** is completely uncalled for. They never notified me via email, text, phone call, and or by mail to let me know they will no longer see me. This is outrageous! In the medical world, which I do work in, we call this PATIENT ABANDONMENT! Because of this I feel like I need to reach out to a lawyer and go after this agency for their lack of letting their long time patient know of these changes. This is the worse crises center! Took my son there yesterday. He was having a crises. He wanted and needed help and they said they couldnt help him because he had had a drink! To come back later! He was panicking and left and I couldnt not find him. I was horrified! Thinking he was going to kill himself. I went trying to find him. Couldnt so went back there to c if they had seen him. They were turning another 20 year old boy away And he had long slash marks all up and down his arms. I said come with me Ill take you to where u want to go!Never I my life I have I seen such a place. Found my son later . Now he ******** to church any more say he doesnt believe in a God who wont help him . And wont go for help he is just going to self medicate They should not be in business!Dont go there!They are 0 stars but wouldnt let me!And I here u can pay and have bad rereviews removed what kind of better buisinness is that!Diversus Health Response

We did go over outpatient options with your son, however it is unethical for us to diagnose while an individual is actively under the influence. We can have him go through the Same Day Access process when he is ready, but we request he is sober when he arrives for his intake. My son has been going to Diversus for about 16 years . He received far better care before the change to Diversus brand. How is getting a new psych provider every three months because theyve only set him up with locum providers conducive to any stability? So to get a non-locum provider he has to get a referral from his therapist and do an intake just as if he was a new patient. No continuity of care for an established patient.Review from Tiffany V

I've been going here for 16ish years. It's horrible and I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt and try to be optimistic but it bites me in the a** every time. The "professionals" are childish. I try to be polite but it has got me nowhere. In the middle of a mental breakdown, it's like my counselor intentionally pushed my buttons until I was flipping out. I was tired of the treatment I was getting and started contacting the email they give for info. I was tired of being polite so I wasn't. Whoever called me to fix the situation did nothing to help me and pretty much told me that I need to file a grievance and that contacting the help email wasn't ok. She never helped me file the grievance.. I've been waiting months to see a case manager. I was referred to by a police officer that did a welfare check on me like 8 months ago. The med provider called me a drug addict because she assumed I was trying to get Adderall. I was supposed to get an appointment with another med provider and that never happened so I just went somewhere else. My counselor also does absolutely nothing to help me and I'm sure she had no repercussions for intentionally pushing my buttons, mocking me, canceling my referral to a case manager because I was out of state a couple of days and not letting me make another appointment or putting in another referral because"resources are limited", ignoring all my problems, smiling and laughing when I told her some pretty embarrassing stuff... I don't know why I am expected to act right 100percent of the time with mental health issues that started when I was probably 2 years old, but these "mental health professionals" can intentionally cause people to break down until they snap and it's fine but when we snap, we are the criminals and we shouldn't act like that? I don't get it. It's sad. I don't know how or why this company is running. It should be shut down so something else can happen and we can get some real help.Review from Joshua B

Regarding the Moreno location At one point and time, i tried here, i tried talking to a therapist about a disagreement, and instead i got treated like garbage for it. I was treated with a frustrated and hostile tone from the provider. He shot down my opinion, made me feel like my opinion didnt matter. The provider disregarded other providers opinions without a care. I have to ask the question is this really how diversus treats their patients? Talking down to them when they disagree? I do not recommend Diversus health moreno for mental health services, if this is how you treat your clients than that is unacceptable, especially when this facility is supposed to help the community. I will not stand for the behavior here, i will not stand for being talked down to, talking to me in a hostile tone and frustrated tone, and i sure as heck will not stand for the providers unwarranted behavior. My family will not stand for it either. Update: the site supervisor contacted me, she stated, since i did not report the incident within a certain time, there is nothing they can do about this providers behavior, so because i did not report it sooner, so, its ok for him to yell at me? Also, the guy screamed at me, why should i try to reason with people who only listen to the ones with licenses? There call center hung up on me, regarding my concerns. I tried again here to have this resolved, and it went nowhere, I hope that others have a better experience here than I ever did. I was going to send my familys opinipns regarding the matter to diversus, but i see that as pointless now as they have proven time and time again my opinions mean nothing here, instead i will be posting it in the reiview. This review will be updated. Update 2: the vice president of operations reached out to me, wanting to talk a little about the situation, my phone died, but last week i would of loved to talk about it, and the week before that, but at this point and time, im going to say no, as stated above i have tried talking to the supervisor here, the therapist supervisor about switching therapists and far more, but diversus has shown me time and time again that trying to reason with diversus goes nowhere all becuase i dont hold a license, im done kicking a deadhorse, your provider here screamed at me, dont contact me, dont tell me that i should have reported it in sooner, instead train the therpaists so next time he doesnt scream at someone over a disagreement. The fact that i spoke up about childish behavior from the therapist and its getting pushed under the buss just shows me trying to reason with them goes nowhere. Ever since l left this place my life has improved for the better, and im done trying to reason with a wall. Im done waisting my time. Also, diversus stated i declined to re engage with services, i have a therapists and a psycyatrist that truly care for my mental health, in fact, the therapists i met Outside of diversus have changed my life for the better. So no, i will not come back to diversus. Im sorry this did not get resolved here, i tried everything to bring up my concerns here, and disagreements and they went knowhere, i gave it my all, and its just not worth the time anymore. I do no recommend diversus health for mental health services, they did not take my complaint seriously, they did not let me have much of a say regarding the complaint, diversus shot down my complaint about the provider screaming at me, all just because i didnt report it in their desired time length. You know what the best part about leaving this place was? Actually theres multiple; my appointments do not get mixed up like they did here, i dont get screamed at for disagreeing with a provider, and more. Thats a just a tip of the amount of complications i had here. Do not contact me anymore, im done talking to a brick wall, and waisting my time. Diversus Health has treated me without care to my mental health. They were not only hostile, but aggressive to me, especially when it came to disagreeing with one of there clinicians. They had zero care for my mental health, and made me feel like I didnt matter. I do not recommend DIversus Health for mental health services. Thank you for reading my review.
