Great company! **** made this process very easygoing, understanding and was patient when working with me to find a day that worked to set an appointment. Nate was equally as helpful when it came to informing me on the process and setting up everything in a very easy way. Overall these employees were excellent and really wanted to make sure I understood the process and that it went smoothly. Would definitely recommend Impact for anyone wanting to go solar or considering solar.

Impact solar is absolutely amazing. We have two different solar systems from two different companies, Sunrun and Impact. We had to get a 2nd system because Sunrun Solar screwed up so badly with design and projection of usage.Impact Solar communicated every step of the way and provided very detailed implementation plan. The owner came out personally to ensure that our system was designed correctly and in the most effective way and made sure our Impact Solar system would cover our usage. Impact Solar is focused on the customer experience and that your ********************** system will provide you the service you paid for.We had such a horrible and very expensive experience with Sunrun Solar that I was extremely nervous to invest more money in solar. Sunrun designed a system that only produced 20% of the energy we use.Impact Solar turned around our experience and is the only reason we have seen a positive investment for solar. Our Impact Solar system is a lot larger then our Sunrun system and it was $15,000 cheaper then Sunrun.Impact solar is the way to go if you want a positive experience, a system designed correctly, and a company that truly cares about the customer.
