Our community contracted with this company to fix our pool. Promised date 5/26 now no open date. Only 1 person working on it for weeks and the company is unresponsive and wont commit to a date to open.

Unfortunately we have had a spring with erratic weather. We have completed the portions of the job that are able to be performed- the concrete chipping and plastered were delayed by the sheer number of rain days through May and June. Those out all jobs on delay and we have to wait for concrete crews to be able to get to these jobs. Weve depended on subs to do the majority of the project and as such we need to rely on their availability.
the job has now been completed. It was a highly customized job done for a much lower price than the product the community has been given. it is behind schedule but we could do little too nothing with the curve ***** Mother Nature threw this season. There were many many portions and pieces to the job that were worked on through the winter and spring and also some hold *** by other contractors. i think you will find the pool has been completed beautifully. Unfortunately in renovation and construction some things are out of our control. We apologize for the inconvenience in the timing.
We as a company do not like delays either. Much of this was outside of our control
we have been in communication with the board and management company through this process. unfortunately some community members may be saying things to the contrary. Finally, it has not been one person working on the pool. It may sometimes be one person working at a time. Understand that with stones and plaster large crews are needed for proper completion and because of weather delays we were only now able to get the necessary crew to complete the project
