I had Ram Jack come give me an estimate to see if my garage floor needed to be lifted to be level (slight angle towards front for runoff). They said I did need polyfoam injection lifting in a few spots. On June 5, we signed a contract for services, and I paid $1,398.55 as the deposit. The service was scheduled for August 16 (approx. two and a half months). When the service providers arrived, they said the floor did not need to be lifted and did no work. They said the company would contact me about a refund. The company called once asking if I was satisfied with the service. I said no. No work was done, and I need a refund. They said they would look into it and get back to me. I have since called the company 3 times and been told the owner handles all the refunds and she is busy. They have not contacted me back. Almost 3 months since they took my money, and over 2 weeks since they did not perform the services without any effort to refund the money.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused Mr. ********. Unfortunately, things do not always go as originally planned, which is the case with this project. We were not able to perform the job due to unforeseen conditions of the area once the polyfoam injection crew arrived. We were collaborating with the team to attempt to find an alternate resolution, which was the reason for the delay in processing the refund. Unfortunately, we are unable to treat this slab, and we have processed a full refund of the 50% deposit made. Please see attachment with receipt for refund. Again, please accept our sincere apologies.
