RIP OFF!! I paid them $5000 to reduce my tax penalties and fees and they made me write my appeal, they apparently mailed and then said that is all they do. I could have done that! They did say they would see if there was a response if I paid a montly monitoring fee. I am apparently also responsible for following up with the *** on my written appeal. They provided ZERO professional advice and II fully intent to notify the appropriate regulatory agencies about their false claims of service. They do not provide any service other than dropping your letter in the mail.

My tax debt was caused by a chaotic time in my life that began with a 7yr child custody battle in 2007 which I tried everyway possible to peacefully settle but because my ex's family had virtually unlimited financial resources cost me well over $250,000 in legal fees most of which I could also not repay. I worked with ********* and she was the best! Although I wasn't happy about needing to enroll in a monthly monitoring service for 3 years, she was able to get the majority of my tax debt resolved with very little payments from me. I was a single mom trying to live which is how I got into debt. Every thing I tried with the *** wouldn't work. So it was great to have somebody on my side to get this resolved with pennies on the dollar. Well worth the fees!

Scam. I was lied to for nearly 5 years. They said with certainty if I paid them a nonthly fee after reviewing my account they could get the irs to agree to $1. After giving them nearly as much as I owed the **** they said at the end "sorry we tried but u still owe the irs to full amount" but if u will keep paying us your monthly fee we will keep trying. I would have saved money to pay the *** and less headach. Stay away from 2020
