****** and **** were extremely professional in their work at our house. We are selling our home and in the need of replacing our 21 year old hot water heater. They were on time and respected our house while performing at a very high level and answering any questions I had. My initial experience with the salesperson was a positive and professional when finding them from ******* Then when we were prepared to sign their agreement, we started having very odd and unprofessional responses, actions and inactions with the initial sales person and ****** (Sales VP). Their standard practice appears to me to simply add all the ****** rebate benefit (17%) to the Project Cost. This practice allows Cooper to receive all the financial benefit of the ****** rebate instead of the customer. They offered a "discount" that was eventually rescinded because they now said that we didn't sign within 24 hours - even though they never mentioned the deadline. They offered to "clean the ** evaporator coils when during the furnace replacement 'typically costing $600'" as a concession. Again, this offer was also rescinded. After this and other events, I performed a more thorough research on Cooper HV**. I wish I started at their Better Business Bureau profile before even making the initial contact. That was my mistake. If you are considering Cooper Heating and Air, I strongly suggest reading all of the reviews and all of the complaints on this vendor before you even make an appointment.I now feel VERY lucky that we didn't sign an agreement with Cooper Heating and Air.Cooper Heating & Cooling, Inc. To clarify, all jobs regardless if they are internal leads or ****** have the same pricing with the same benefits. All jobs are offered a discount to commit within the first 24 hours.
Our goal is to provide the best customer experience possible which is transparent by our thousands of positive reviews across multiple platforms. Unfortunately we are all human and we all can be better so not every experience is the same but we make it a priority here to make sure we are continually reflecting, learning and striving for perfection.

Absolutely the most incompetent group of people Ive ever come across. They messed so much up I was **** charters over the limit to leave this review. Its so much I cant ever leave a decent review. Complete failures lies, stealing, disgusting customer service, laziness should cover it! They almost refused to call for inspection had to remind them several times! Once inspected of course it failed! 100% the reason they didnt call for inspection. Theyre incompetent for sure but knew exactly what they were doing with that one. My place could be burnt to the ground by their negligence and incompetence. When they were there doing the work I made the suggestion to not do what they were doing completely ignored and ran the wiring the wrong anyway jeopardizing my saftey and property. Use them if you dont mind your life and property being lost! Stay far far away! Youd be better off watching ******* and doing the work yourself! Thankfully the inspector is the only person that could get this rectified. Lastly everything they did had to be touched multiple time due to their incompetence. Then turned around and charged a trip charge for their incompetence. Absolutely unbelievable cant make this stuff up even. If I preformed my job like this I would be living on the street. Hello, I am sorry this has been your experience. Please be assured this is not normal practice for us and we will be working extremely hard to get this project back on the right track. We would not be in business still after 44 years if this was our standard. Unfortunately not every job goes as we plan but what separates us from the rest is how we respond when something goes awry. I have already spoken to our operations manager and she informed me that we have you set up with our quality assurance field supervisor as well as our electrical team to address all of your concerns promptly. We will also be doing a managers review of this project to make sure we are implementing trainings with the team to learn from this and make sure it does not happen again. Ive been a customer of *********************** for a long time. Theyve installed new equipment, replaced old equipment and repaired existing equipment in our house. Im also a member of their Green Team. Their techs are all expertly trained, extremely friendly and very helpful and prompt. Weve been homeowners for 40 years, Ive never known any business that meets Coopers high standards.Review from Bob S

************** (********************) and his apprentice were very polite and knowledgeable! They were respectful of our home and repaired our hot water heater in a reasonable amount of time. This included a run to their office to retrieve the required parts. On a related note, I appreciate the tech listening to what we were experiencing before calling Cooper Heating and Cooling. He explained what he had found and described what it would take to get everything up and running again! It was a pleasure to listen to the tech instruct his apprentice while making the repairs! My wife and I would like to thank Cooper Heating and Cooling for A+ customer service!Review from Julie A.

I have been a customer with this company since 2005. They have replaced the furnace, humidifier and hot water heater. The warranty on the humidifier went out last year after they came out over 6 times to repair the leaks (when under warranty) and water all over my basement floor. They stopped the leaks then but it started to leak earlier this year. When the thermostat went out last month I told the tech about the humidifier leaking again and he said he could troubleshoot it when he brought out the new thermostat. Well, they were unable to replace the thermostat for a month {the month of June had over 100 degree weather for over a week) so after two weeks with no air, I contacted another company that came out within 5 days and replaced the thermostat. So when Cooper called and said they had the part and would come out (after a month) I was told they were no longer going to work on the humidifier as they said I had "hard water" and I shouldn't have a humidifier attached to the heater. I know for a fact that I do not have hard water and also have a whole house water filter system. Why did they not say something last year when they kept coming out to repair it? They just used the "hard water" issue so they can dismiss me. I offered to pay them but they said it was just a liability for them to keep working on it. So now I have a humidifier attached to the heater that does not work. Beware of when your warranty runs out, they run for the hills....
