On Feb 7, 2024 I ordered a product from Colorado Horse Council. I received a confirmation of the order but no shipping or tracking info. I called a week later when I had not received it and spoke with a woman about this. She did not know anything about it, she said, and when I asked more questions she then said "it went out yesterday". I asked which ******* and she said ***** Two weeks after the order I left a voicemail - no response. Last week I sent an email to "sales@colorado horsecouncil.com" and also left a voice mail. Three weeks later I have not received the order. I would like to get the product or be reimbursed. Today is 2/28/24. Thank you.Customer response

The Colorado Horse Council finally delivered the product I ordered, 21 days later. I received it today.
No communication from the seller; no apology, no notice of shipper or tracking number.
