      Purchased 6 bottles of HCL Guard August 21, 2021. Have not received product. Recieved partial order. Products work synergistically. Want a full refund on all product, including used and unused.

      In response to ********************* BBB complaint, we have been in touch with this customer. She is indeed a customer of ours and we understand her frustration.

      We ran out of one of our supplements, HCLGuard, back in May, therefore, we allowed our customers to pre-order HCL to guarantee immediate delivery as soon as it was back in stock. Due to a series of unfortunate and unpredictable events, HCL did not arrive back into stock until early October, initially scheduled to arrive late September. There was roughly a 2-week delay from our original estimate and some customers, including *****, were not too happy about it, of course, neither were we. Our customers rely on these supplements for their health. 

      We sent out a series of emails alerting our customers to the delay, which we would be more than happy to forward all of those to you if you care to see them? No-one was left in the dark. ***** emailed in checking the status of her order on September 27, we responded the same day letting her know that HCL was still on back order and had not been received into stock yet. She email again the next day, September 28, we, again, responded the same day. ***** checked a few times and we were very responsive every time. 

      Kellys order finally did ship on October 11 and was received the next day. Here is her tracking link: 1Z01V9431298980593

      We have since spoken to ***** on the phone and she has asked us to set up a subscription for her so that she never runs out of our supplements again. Please let me know if you have further questions.  She has stated in emails she wishes to withdraw her BBB complaint and was just very unhappy about the delays.
