Sunday **** care is terrible. Probably started with a good idea but they failed to execute the plan. I worked very hard on turning my soil, adding the best topsoil to prep the lard for seed. I received advice from Sundays and spent a ton of money buying grass seed and a spreader. First, the spreader they sent was cheap and could not spread the seed I purchased, had to throw it away and spread by hand. They also advised me incorrectly on how many bags of seed I needed, based on my sq footage, and ended up talking to an executive who did not seem to know how to do the math, he was confused and confused me. The yard came in well IN THE FALL, I worked tirelessly to make sure it would grow strong and full before California *******. Well as soon as the heat came, my amazing yard started to brown and die, quickly spreading to other areas. I then signed up for some nutrients and spring treatment, did not do anything and my grass continued to die. Now I have a full dead yard in my *************** home, the yard looks terrible despite my efforts and the money I spent. DO NOT USE OR TRUST SUNDAYS LAWN CARE!

This compnay is not upfront with their cost and will overcharge you for services. They advertise that they test your soil when you send in a sample and send you a customized lawn care package. This did not happen. I sent in my sample, they sipped me a "Texas lawn care plan"Before they even received my soil sample. When I contacted them, they said "it got lost" and I could send in another sample. I explained that I paid for a customized lawn care package which I did not receive. Then....they received the sample and sent me another "customized package" and charged me AGAIN!! When I reached out to customer service they said"we do not allow returns". But you charged me twice!!???? The 3 mo the later, they charged me for 2025 package a year in advance. Who does this!!?? I haven't even had a chance to use my first year application!!?? When I contacted customer service about this, I got the same blanket response "sorry, no return policy" and then sent me a copy of their policy. Terrible service, poor product and a scam in my opinion. Buyers BEWARE!!!!!
