Never received my 2 orders. My first order was placed on December 3rd.The most frustrating thing is that there is absolutely no way to contact the company. The help desk is inactive, when you call the company as per the number on my credit card, it takes you to someone's cell phone whose Voice Mail is full. I tried contacting the carrier (25 emails) to no avail. They take your money, but ship no product. To make it even worse and most frustrating and pathetic, is the tracking number they provide you take you to a page that claims your orders were delivered and signed by you which of course never happened. This is a con.BEWARE PEOPLE!Review from Jennifer P

I purchased a vape pen from them. It was defective. I asked for a refund or a new pen they asked for pictures I sent pictures they asked for a video. I said the video wouldnt show the defect I offered to send the old one back to get a replacement they wouldnt they refused to send me a new one. They refuse to refund me my money.Review from Anna S

They do not deliver as agreed and will hold your money ***** days while trying to figure it out - that is not an agreement I am willing to make with a company that does not deliver as agreed. It is impossible to get anyone in the phone here they prefer emails and dont respond

This has been communicated multiple times over the course of a 10+ thread email chain. The Electric Tobacconist commits to either refunding your purchase or getting your items to you.Because of the **** Act, we are no longer able to ship with ***** ****** DHL, and all other major shipping companies have decided to make similar decisions surrounding the ban of shipping nicotine products. As such, we are now reliant on private carriers that make compliant deliveries. The only provider available in your region at this time is Standard Regional Carrier. We ask that you please check out our Shipping FAQ page for more information.Since they don't have the same infrastructure as the ************** your package may take unusual routes as it is passed through a network of carriers rather than directly to a local distribution center. We have also seen slightly longer transit times as well as occasional delays in tracking updates. My order arrived today much quicker than the tracking led me to believe. I understand the challenges this businesses is dealing with due to the government trying to control our lives - I would like to retract my complaint and say thanks instead for their efforts during these times. I think most folks complaining are just jonesing for their products!Review from Harry H

My order ETUSA2715451 tracking shipping number is bogus and does not work. I have now contacted the company via there website inquiry system and have received no response at all. I called a phone number that I found on ****** for their company and it was bogus also. This company needs to clean up their act and tell me what the h*** is going on with my very expensive order for which they have already been paid.Review from Katrina K

My orders have always been accurate but since the new shipping regulations they do take a couple of weeks to arrive. This last order was taking extra long (almost 4 weeks) and we thought it was lost. I contacted customer service and they were prompt and excellent! Their tracking is kind of crappy as stated in other reviews but they are working with who they can to still get me the flavors I can't get locally. I don't fault them for the wait. I will order from them again, just WAY early lol.
