We purchased a car on Aug 17, 2023. The check engine light was on and wouldnt pass emissions test for Colorado. We were told to bring the car back in a week and the problem would be fix. Two months later and we are still getting the run around. Now the car wont run at all. We just want the car fixed properly and in a timely manner.

Multiple appointments were canceled by the customer. Upon arrival, he displayed belligerent behavior and directed a racial comment towards our salesmen. Subsequently, we made the decision to discontinue any business dealings with him.

On 08/17/2023 I went to Davidsons Motors and financed a 2016 Chrysler 300 C. A few days later, I took it to Brakes Plus to get a wheel alignment. The technician at Brakes Plus called me and told me that they noticed the frame of the car was shifted and it was unsafe to drive, and they asked me if I wanted them to continue with the wheel alignment and I said yes. Upon picking my vehicle up, they told me I needed to notify the dealership of the finding. I then went to the Chrysler dealership for their technicians to look over the vehicle, they also told me that the frame was shifted and told me basically that the car was totaled because you cannot fix a frame that has been shifted and to take it back to the dealership and get my money back. After that , I contacted Davidsons Motors and I told them the situation and I was told I would get a call back. I never received a call back, so i went up too the dealership to tell them findings and I statedthat i will want a refubd, becaue the car is unrepairable. I also had purchased a 2014 Dodge Durango that they sold me also had a bad transmission and heating and cooling issues. I returned that vehicle and they offered the 2016 Chyrsler 300 C. We agreed and come to finding out that the car has an issue thats unpairable.

Purchase a Jeep Cherokee I believe February 2021. Took it for a test drive, noticed the car didnt accelerate as it should. Brought it to the attention of the salesman and he took it to the on-site mechanic. They told me that the cat just needed to adjust to the way I drive it. Me not knowing anything about cars and trusting someone who says they are a mechanic was stupidly satisfied with this answer. The car continued the poor acceleration over the months that I drove it. Decided to take it back December 2021, with the same complaint. Took it to the on-site mechanic, a younger guy this time and he looked me in my face and told me there was no issue and that my car having low tire pressure could contribute to the car not accelerating properly then when I persisted and asked a salesman to drive it himself he came back with the conclusion that the transmission was slipping. I was then told to take the car to a bigger Jeep dealership where it could be looked at in-depth and that ******** would foot the bill. I was also told to contact the warranty company I purchased through Davidson. After weeks of back and forth of ******** now refusing to pay for the transmission repairs after a transmission was located I was told by all parties that I would have to pay for the delivery of the transmission before it could be installed. ******** then no longer returned calls or stated they would be in contact with the bigger Jeep dealership. The bigger dealership no longer wanted to go through the warranty and charged me between $5000-$8000 to repair the transmission. I do not have that type of money and was going off the promise that ******** would foot the bill. My car sat at the bigger Jeep dealership for over a month when I seen no progress was being made I made the decision to pick up my vehicle and to this day no repairs or contact from ******** has been attempted.

7/26/21 I paid $12,000 cash for a ***** XC60. It is covered under the 3 month warranty. Since then there have been over $3000 worth of work that has had to be done on the car. Davidson's fixed the first $2000 worth at their in-house garage and assured me that the problems were fixed by a ***** specialist. After picking the car up from the first round of service, I discovered that they had not in fact fixed the issues with the car and requested it be fixed at the dealership, by a real ***** specialist. They agreed, then when I brought it there refused to communicate with ***** and denied service. Then they offered me $450 towards the $1000 worth of services it needs, while still under warranty. They don't answer calls. I have told them that at the very least I would like the money for the repairs, but ideally I just want to return the car at this point because I no longer trust them. They have yet to resolve this issue.

Customer took  the vehicle to her own mechanic, gave us a long list to repair.  We repaired everything on her list from her mechanic.
