***** was just at my house for a day and a half fixing some plumbing that was messed up. He kept plugging away and didn't appear to get frustrated until the job was finished. He stayed late one night so I would have water service before he left. That was greatly appreciated. His work was top notch and I will request him back the next time I need work done. I called APC 9/21 to get a quote to replace all of the plumbing in my home, replacethe water heater and move the water shut off valve.. The price was extremely reasonable. The job was completed in 1 1/2 days. The crew was very professional and cleaned up when the job was finished. I would definitely use them again.

I've used this company twice in the past and they've been. Yesterday was the exact opposite of great. I explained several times to the crew what the problem was with the pipes and the supervisor Dustin insisted on troubleshooting my tankless water heater, attempted to charge me $250 for a flushing it, and then told me that he won't take any more money from me unless it's to buy a brand new tankless here. The tankless heater still works perfectly fine like it did before they arrived and I still don't have any hot water because they didn't listen to what was wrong. All Dustin wanted to do was sell me a new hot water tank. If I bought 50 hot water tanks, I still have a clog in my pipes and that wouldn't solve the problem. I liked this company until I met Dustin. He seems lazy and incredibly inept, he has no listening skills, and all he cares about is selling new water heaters instead of solving actual problems that customers are paying for.
