Fantastic company. I have been shopping with them for years. The quality and price is top notch. Their customer service is fantastic. I love that I can get a free return label on their website without having to contact them. (It just makes everything easier).CCO Menswear, LLC. Response

Impressed with the POSSIBLE order of dress pants. Ordered them & BASED on their website information I determined the size that would be appropriate for me & actually FIT... The INSTANT i opened the package I could see that the pants were WAAAAAY too long. I have worn 32" waist & 32' LENGTH for many years and ALWAYS fit... THESE pants are NOT 32" length... I replied to email on *********** are closed) and IN it , it stated I could initiate the return by clicking on the link... I did... It said (MUCH TO MY CONFUSION) I could get a return label from them for $15 and that $15 would be deducted from the credit/return. It also stated I could return using a shipper of my choice... but NO statement about whether they will charge me $15 for the return ie like a restocking charge... NOT happy with this policy... Won't ever be ordering from this company again. THEIR guidelines that show customers how to order the correct sizes are INCORRECT and misleading and that way they can get $15 income for a label......... THEIR guidelines are WRONG and then they in turn want ME to pay $15 for a label to return the product that was INCORRECTLY SIZED...CCO Menswear, LLC. Response

Our return policy is clearly stated on our website. You ordered wide leg pants. Wide leg pants are known for being long. That's the style. Usually customers size down in order for wide leg pants to fit in the length.Review from Pastor J H
