**** and his team were great to work with up front; then he started giving us unrealistic timelines/spotty communication. What he said would be a small 2 week project stretched out over 2 months. He requested payment in full in Dec 2020 although the project wasnt completed because he wanted to pay his guys before the holidays. My husband complied because **** had thus far delivered. When spring came and we were ready to finish work on sprinklers, planting etc., **** pushed us off for more than a month. When I corrected him saying that we werent asking for warranty work but for him to complete the project, he cussed me out on the phone before calling my husband back and finally scheduling the final work. We now do have warranty work that we need completed (several plants have died or werent put on drip lines and sprinkler zones that were detached), and he will not respond to communications. Hes pawned us off onto his *******, and I worry about future contact with ****, honestly.Business response

I spoke to ******* ,asked if she ever emailed us and she said no. I explained job was delayed beyond 2 weeks due to blizzard's and weather.
******* was concerned about 1 year warranty ,i explained it is a 1 season warranty and we would be happy to replace 3 lilac shrubs .She said this would satisfy
her .We have ******* on our schedule for October 7th 2021 to resolve this matter.
