I wish to talk to this business to negotiate a payment plan on my settlement, which would be $50 each month until the settlement is paid in full. The full settlement amount is $750.00 I have been unable to contact my account manager, whom I have attempted to call at least seven times in the past few days.Business response

I dont even know what or who this place is or what this is regarding and they have the audacity to call me employer. what employer? Im literally unemployed and homeless! Who are these people calling? I am so angry I want to take legal action against this company for just calling whoever talking about my personal info!Business response

This company withdrew $50 from my checking account on January 19, 2024.It was unauthorized and I have no idea who this company is or who they represent that thinks I owe them. When I wrote to them at the email I had received, they tried to get me to give them even more personal information such as my DOB and last 4 of my social before they would provide me any explanation.I consider this fraud and have reported it as such to my financial institution.Business response

We made an attempt to help this consumer, but legally we must verify that we have the correct party to ensure we are not sharing information with the wrong person, and she refused. We are more than happy to explain everything in detail, but we cannot disclose personal information to the wrong person.

I am rejecting this response because: *********** sent me an email about charging me $50. I sent a REPLY to that email and stated "I did not authorize a $50 payment as is listed below. I do not even know who this represents as I have not had business with Westhill Exchange." *********** replied "Thanks for the prompt response, however due to federal law we cannot disclose and information until we have the consumer fully verified. May we please have the last 4 of SSN # and DOB?" I do not understand why they can't advise who they represent when they were comfortable enough to send an initial email and charge $50 to my bank account. I do not want to provide any further personal information without further explanation of reason for the $50 unauthorized charge. I have to consider this is a fraudulent charge. I notice there are several other BBB complaints of the same scenario of a questionable $50 charge.

I paid this account in full on August 21, 2023. On September 21, 2023 they took another ****** out of my account after the bill was paid in full and still have not returned my money! I have made numerous phone calls and emails about this situation. All I asked was for my money back and it's almost 5 months later and still no refund. I was told the money was mailed in a check. I was told it was refunded to my account. This has not happened. I was told end of November it would be returned, but would take some time. I have not heard a thing from them since and still no refund.Business response

$50 was taken out of my account out of nowhere as of this morning (1/02/2024). I have never heard of this company, nor have I received ANY correspondence from them. I would like the $50 refunded as I have absolutely NOT given ANY permission for funds to be withdrawn from my account and would appreciate any further withdrawals refraining from occurring. Also, the information on the check that was posted is all incorrect. I have reviewed my bank statements and they have been taking $50 every 2 weeks out of my account for over a year. The initial terms of this consumers agreement began on 9-21-21, in the amount of $50 biweekly each month until the terms were satisfied.We emailed ******************** each time a payment was made ( approximately 35 times) He paid successfully for a while and then we got notice from our client on 7-6-23 that the consumer communicated with them wanted to know his balance to which they shared this information with him. We received a couple of notices that some checks were returned for NSF and they (his Bank)informed the consumer about the returns. So, he was fully aware of this matter.Our guess is, he may have forgotten.

I am rejecting this response because:I never did business with Westhill Exchange. I entered into an agreement with Plain Green *********** ********** sold this account to *********** LLC. *********** hired Westhill exchange to administer the account. At no time have I ever authorized Westhill exchange to withdraw money from my account (They use fake checks - as I attached in the original complaint). I have contacted Plain Green, and *********** - and they both have no knowledge of, or approve creating fake checks for deposit as is the practice of Westhill. There're numerous complaints about this company and their scam to withdraw funds from bank accounts with out approval.

Not sure why he isn't returning our call, never the less, he does have a credit with our office for $1650.00 that has been applied to his orig balance. Since he will not return our call, please ask him how he would like to address the small remaining.

I have payed everything in full and have still been charged. I called and never got a response about getting a receipt of my balances. I called original lender and they said I have been paid off since April 2023. I called this company again, and the woman who answered refused to put me through to the gentleman that helped me with my case. I have done everything I thought I was supposed to after verifying that paying this company was legit. So I don't understand why it is after all this time, I am still being charged. I was told if I made final payment (2nd payment) in November my balance would be paid in full. 150 dollars taken from my bank account on Dec 15th says otherwise. I can't dispute because this company has never provided documents to me at all proving what I have paid. I demand a full refund of Dec 15th payment and full documentation of my payments showing my balances paid. Thank you.Business response

I received a phone call from *********************** on my cell phone, I spoke to her and asked if there was a way to set up payment online or email the information, she claimed this was not possible and I needed to set up a payment plan or pay off the debt that day and I explained I was unable to, the phone call got disconnected so she called my place of employment, I went online to the original lender and made a payment that was accepted and taken from my bank account already and i received another call to my place of employment and voicemail about voluntary payment, it seems the original lender will accept my payments. I also never received any communication via mail or email even though they have that information and they didnt call until Friday (11/17)Business response
