Signed up for a year of insurance and they are saying now it only runs to September. Not sure how I can pay for a service and not receive it when it's as important as health insurance. Should not be allowed to expand and scam more states.

As others have noted, scam is the word that comes to mind with this company. I had a mammogram done but the machine was 2D not 3D (I live in a rural area). Due to the type of breast tissue I have, I had to have a second mammogram with an ultrasound that was still a part of prevention. It was not diagnostic. I was charged for these two procedures when I should not have been charged for them as they were both still preventative. I called MANY times to explain this situation, and frankly, the representatives were incompetent. Cancer screening is so serious that to have incompetent staff processing claims is horrific. I got so disgusted, I stupidly paid the bill when I should not have. Please do not make the same mistake I did. Appeal the denial and contact the Chief Compliance Officer. Also, in my opinion, these situations have the potential to be discriminatory. According to Friday, a discrimination complaint can be submitted with ****** Department of Health and ***** Services.

Friday health plan scamming people. They said that they cover annual check up , but when u go to the blood work they dont cover anything ( when you call them they telling you that its your doctor do wrong codes. Scammers, scammers,scammers. We pay you and government pay you and you get some much deduction for your Tax returns . You are scammers and you have to pay for that . Every one have to call health link and tell them to stop spamming clients and stealing people money .

Ive been with this insurance for a year now, and just moved to OK. I used the health plans directory for find a in network pediatrician for my kids. Found ************************************************* that was in network through there directory. My kids has been seening the doctor then for a year. Friday Health plan has sent me EOB statements showing in network with that provider and been paying the claims. Now after a year they are denying all claims for the past year to the provider for only 1 of my kids and said they should of never paid the claims because they are not in network. I spoke to a supervisor he said if I can get the proof from the provider then I can appeal all the denied claims. I asked him why wouldnt you just over turn the denial, he said thats not how we do things. So not only do I have to paid more out of my pocket because they messed up I also have to do their job. I would not ever recommend going with this insurance company, I am so stressed its making me sick to my stomach.

This insurance company is AWFUL. They had my wrong DOB so my insurance kept getting denied everywhere. They took weeks to fix it. Their app doesnt show anything and there is no way to set up automatic payments online. They need to learn how to run a business.

FRIDAY HEALTH PLAN IS A SCAM!!! I RECEIVED A INVOICE FOR $2,041.38 AND I HAVE NEVER USED THE INSURANCE! I GOT A CARD AND AN INVOICE!

I signed up with Friday on healthcare.gov for the 'Friday Bronze Plus Copay' plan, as the site stated prescriptions as a $30 copay (no other distinctions was made). However, here are all the problems encountered:1) You will get surprise billed as an up to $30 copay only applies to 'Generic drugs (Tier 1)'. You won't find this out until after you sign up for their plan. For other prescription tiers, either the price jumps dramatically to $160, or one has to meet the entire $8700 deductible until it's covered.2) Their phone lines are only staffed M-F 8am-5pm ET. When you do call in, be prepared to wait on hold for at least ***** minutes, sometimes longer.3) For chatting through text, they actively hide how to get in touch with a live agent.4) For chatting through text, if you figure out how to get a live agent, it frequently says it's offline, forcing one to call in.5) Their "partner" ********** frivolously denies claims with rationale so vague and broad it's the equivalent of 'Denied because a claim was submitted', perpetuating the insurance industry stereotype of 'deny, delay, deny'.6) Sent anything through email? Don't expect a same day response.7) Their website doesn't show claims submitted.On balance, Friday is a newer carrier, that started in response to the *** being passed. However, 13 years later, it's not on par with larger providers. If I knew what I know now, I wouldn't have signed up with them.

Tried to stop insurance took months. They are horrible no doctors in our area. Happy to take your money for nothing get ready to jump tru hoops listen to long stories and get switched from person to person with no action
