I have rented from Select Property Management for 16 yrs. I see a lot of bad reviews I hate to read that some people are having poor experiences with the company. Me on the other hand LOVES THE **** OUT OF THEM! My favorite people are ***** and ****** they rock! When my dad was dying they were so sweet calling checking on my father and myself. Even after he passed I asked if they could hold of on their annual inspection, because I was in the process of grieving. They were totally understandable, and told me to take as much time as I needed. I live in ********* ** the owners of my property decided to sell a few weeks ago I reached out to select property in ********* and found our dream home! Im hoping we can share the same experience as I have in *********.

Thank you, for your kind words, it is nice to see. So often past tenants are upset with the charges from there security deposits they give bad reviews.

Does not respond to Homeowner requests for maintenance or information . Seems to discriminate against senior long term homeowner . Does not maintain property lawn care contract . Ignores questions about dutiesSelect Property Management, Inc Response

This company is an absolute joke! I called many times to complain about lack of management and dangerous living situations regarding snow removal. I was threatened and harassed by the manager *************************. They terminated my lease due to complaining. I even had to contact the ** and have them send a notice to clear the dangerous roof. They illegally withheld my deposit until after the legal deadline of 21 days. They are extremely lazy and do not want to do their job. They dont even deserve one star. The manager favorites certain people and allows them to do things while telling other tenants that they cant do that same thing. The manager is a joke and too old to be working there, always complains, racist and talks bad on other tenants. This business needs to be shut down for good so more people dont get used and taken advantage of. DO NOT EVER RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!Review from Nicole E

If I can give zero stars I would. Rented through them. They were accepting my late rent payments due to my fiancee who had died. Then just randomly they decided to stop taking my rent. Went to court. They lied in court saying they ddnt take my rent when in fact they did. I was 3 months pregnant and had to move out. And now bc of that I can't find housing that's stable for me and my daughter bc of this ridiculous eviction on my record. I get its a business. But when they blatantly lie to a judge and get away with it then stick their lawyer fees to me. That's not fair. They will scam honest ppl when ever they can.Review from Ray L

Awl full customer service apartments are infested with roaches managers and office never return calls just horrible people skills all they want is your money and get irritated when you call them out on their lack of unprofessional serviceReview from Ashley H
