The service manager name at Dow Lewis motors is *****************. It was recommended to me by my brothers good friend to take my *************************************************************************************** *******************. My truck had to be towed into the dealership from *********** so I provided a one page description of what was happening with my truck. It was dropped offed on a Friday. Then we proceeded to go on vacation from Saturday through the following Wednesday. I contacted the service department the next day on Thursday afternoon and asked to talk with the service manager.When he got on the phone he proceeded to tell me that I did not warn them that when the truck was running it would rev out of control and tach out until the on board computer would shut the engine down. I told him that I left a one page description of what the truck was doing. He then proceeded to tell me that I did not warn them the truck engine was a run away and that it could have killed his mechanic in shop. I again stated that I left a one page written description on the front passenger seat in plan view. He was also talking to me in a very elevated voice and then told me that my truck was a piece of junk and to come get it off their lot.All of this phone discussion can be verified by **** who is a service associates which works right next to *************This was by far the worst experience I have ever experienced at a GM dealership in my entire life.Dont use this dealership for anything regarding repairs on your vehicle!
