For over 18 months now, having my prescriptions managed and refilled in a timely manner has been impossible; this due to what must be a kind of incompetence at Caduceus which now crosses into misfeasance. After my appointment yesterday 6/30/2022, and after not seeing my needed prescriptions come through at my pharmacy via their electronic system, I phoned in today 7/1/2022 to get this managed. Nevertheless, as we head into a long holiday weekend, the scripts needed are nowhere to be found. After this compliant is filed I will likewise be contacting various ******** boards and regulatory commissions; as playing fast and loose with patient RX management is both an insurance board issue and medical association problem.Business response

I responded directly to **** when the Yelp review posted as I receive alerts real-time for that platform. I am happy to report it was able to be resolved for him the same day. It was especially disappointing when the patient experience is negatively impacted by a technical issue that none of our operational team could have foreseen. Our IT department identified a technical interruption from a security update and this impacted the electronic prescription transmissions. It has since been resolved and I am confident his patient experience should be much improved at the next visit.
