Rush Tax has been wonderful in helping me out with my *** woes. At the end of my difficult and demanding working career I was left with a substantial tax debt, and a lot of stress. A close friend recommended Rush Tax Resolution to me, so I contacted them, and I'm so glad that I did. My case was assigned to ***************************, and I couldn't possibly be happier, or more satisfied with how she has helped me. She is very professional, and genuinely caring and concerned, and supportive about me and my well-being. She has patiently listened to me as I explained my particular circumstances, and always responded with a positive attitude, and helpful suggestions for moving forward to the next step in the process. I cannot say enough about everyone that I had contact with at Rush Tax Resolution. However, my case manager *************************** was very helpful in getting all the back returns needed to get the issue resolved. I called her so many times and she was always very responsive and never once rushed to get me off the phone. The service and quality received by ******* was wonderful, she is caring, patient and professional. ******* helped me get through a very difficult time, bank garnishment and closing the business. ******** and her team really helped me not only stop the collections but also worked out a deal for me that fit into my life where I could move forward without having to completely change my day to day life and still provide for my family. I had worked with another company before **** who were absolutely no help, and seemed to care more about getting the file off their desks and getting paid than actually helping me. That company had great online reviews but were terrible! ******** saved me from them and truly did her best to help me in anyway she can and continues to do say daily! Having to deal with the *** was very stressful, they made all sorts of threats from taking my home and freezing bank accounts it was one of the worst things I had to deal with. After my divorce I found myself in some tax trouble, not just paying the taxes but going back years to make sure I and my wife were up to date. ************************* was assigned to our account and was great to work with, stayed on top of things and most importantly contacted us often to let us know how things were going and how we were doing.
