      Hello, I contracted ********************* in March of 2023 to help me with a speeding ticket. Within in a few hours of contracting them, I emailed them to let them know I was going to be traveling, and to ask if that would be okay. They said it was fine, and they would still be able to help me. Then, they sent me a form that I needed to send to the court, along with a check or money order to pay my ticket. I am abroad, and I don't have my checkbook or access to money orders. I have asked them any other alternatives, but they have refused to help me, and they refuse to give me a refund because they have not provided me with a service that helps resolve my traffic ticket in any way. I am convinced that they do not care at all about their clients. They do not even answer the phone when anyone calls them. Their service cost me one hundred dollars, and they did not do anything to help resolve my ticket.

      We care very much about this client and his needs, and we care about all our clients. We have many clients that use our service while out of state or out of the country because the process we provide is fighting your citation via mail so of course our service is perfect for that situation. We cannot control if someone is traveling. If that is the case, then they should account for that. We are happy to refund the order pursuant to our money back guarantee upon receipt of a guilty decision.

      I want a refund. The only option I had was to pay the ticket. They know that. Yet, they still refuse to give me a refund. They told me they would not mail the form for me, so I had to pay the ticket. They still have not given me a refund.

      We cannot mail the document to the court, it needs to be executed (signed) by the client and this is detailed at great length on our website in the How it Works page. The client executed the User Agreement when signing up for our service that set forth as follows:

      "Explanation of Service: Upon purchase and the payment of our fees for the preparation of the trial by written declaration we will prepare and provide you with all the completed documents for you to file a trial by written declaration with the court, according to your choice of delivery, in a timely manner. All statements and documents are prepared by us based on information provided to us by you in accordance to your direction. Client is responsible for all contact with the court including but not limited to, appearing for arraignment (if required), asking for extensions, entering a plea, requesting trial by written declaration or in person trial, paying all traffic fines and/or traffic bails on time, submitting documents to the court and appearing in court. It is the responsibility of Client to keep track of and meet all deadlines. The Client is responsible to submit the trial by written declaration to the court along with the bail amount in full prior to the due date as set forth by the court."

      I bought this because it had a money back guarantee if it did not work. I did not get paperwork back from the court showing anything, and the company is refusing to refund me because I didn't send the paperwork THAT I NEVER GOT to them within a 30 day time frame. I don't know how I am supposed to give them something that I never received, and I had to go pay another copy of the paperwork that was lost in the mail.They also initially told me they would give me a refund if it was 30 days from the date of service, but it was never served. Now they are changing what they told me to say that it has to be 30 days from the decision, not the service.

      This client sent her notice of decision to us on March 16,2023. It was dated from the court 1/17/23. We do have a money back refund policy, however, we have one simple rule, we require the notice from the court within 30 days of the date posted from the court. She had 30 days up until February 17, 2023 to request the refund. This is detailed at great length on our website and on our money back policy. It is a very simple refund policy we just require within 30 days. We did email her several times providing her with the exact verbiage of the money back guarantee. It is her responsibility to get the decision to us in a timely manner.

      I am very sorry that the client feels this way, however, our money back is actually very generous and easy to complete. We do provide a grace ****** but this client's production was so tardy that we could not confirm with the court so we cannot process of the refund. As previously stated, our refund is detailed in simple terms on the website and that is really all we ask of the client is to return the decsion in a timely manner.

      I was trying to fight for a traffic ticket and found the service from this website with "100% money back guarantee". I paid $99 for disputing the ticket in 09/04/2021, and received sample dispute letter from them the next day -- no problem. Unfortunately, the court made the decision in 07/29/2022, still charged me guilty. -- In 08/08/2022, I sent the court letter to them, asking for a refund. They replied in 08/09/2022, promised a refund. However, it did not really happen. -- in 09/11/2022, I asked again about the status, they mentioned it took ~10 business days, although it already passed that time. -- In 09/22/2022, I sent the 3rd email, no response. -- In 09/23/2022, I sent the 4th email, stating "I will leave feedback and report to *** and other review site". I got a reply immediate "refund has been processed. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for refund to show on your credit card". I still did not happen. -- In 10/02/2022, I sent my last email, no response. -- In 10/08/2022, I filed this complaint on ***. I doubt if they ever refund anyone? It seems to be a trick to promise refund and hopefully people will simply forget about it. so please be cautious of using their service!

      I placed an order on July 11, 2022 and received a prompt response which was awesome. The argument seems a little short, didn't make much sense to me (I believe that I am a safe driver and I always follow all the rules of the road. I would never intentionally endanger my life or the lives of others. I contend that I was wrongly accused of this violation as I am a law-abiding driver and take all laws very seriously including traffic safety laws. If this case is not dismissed, even though I contend that I believe that I am not guilty of this violation, if eligible, I hereby respectfully request permission to attend a court approved traffic violator school) but I'm not a lawyer. I submitted my documents to the courts and was still found guilty on 8/26/2022. However, the problem occurs after receiving the notice. I have sent 3 emails since 8/31/2022 and made 5 calls to customer service and was unable to reach anyone. No replies have been sent to me regarding the refund they stated. I'm also uncertain why the $99 charge came out to $128.96

During the sign-up process, when asked the question, do you think the electronic device ******* used by the officer detected the speed of your vehicle correctly? She responded "yes" well this basically puts us in a situation where we must prepare her document in a certain basic way as directed by her. Not much we can do with that answer.       I had two $99 flat fee orders on August 16. When signing up, I was very careful to submit it as $99 flat fee service, not selecting any upgrade option, because I saw some complaints about the over charge. Now, I found that they charged me $205.92 for each order, total $411.84. This is ridiculous. The orders were placed with my email address, ********************, and I want the difference, $213,84, back.

      Business Response /* (1000, 9, 2021/10/27) */ This client placed two orders on 8/16/21 and he did select an upgrade for each order. He was provided that upgraded expert service as requested. Regardless, on 9/21/21 we refunded back to his credit card the $99.00 upgrade for each order. He was refunded a total of $198.00. Please see proof of that refund transaction attached hereto. This client has been fully refunded this amount, so we are perplexed as to why he is filing a BBB complaint. This refund transacted well over 40 days ago. In addition, we refunded an additional $99.00 to this client immediately upon his request pursuant to our money back guarantee on 10/27/21. Please see proof attached hereto. In total, this client has been refunded $297.00. Also, please see attached the User Agreement the client signed when placing both orders. Again, this complaint has no merit as we have previously resolved the issue. Consumer Response /* (2000, 10, 2021/10/20) */ After several email exchanges, I have received the refunds for both orders. However, they still insisted that I have ordered the upgrade option which is absolutely not the case. Since I have seen many complaints for the same situation, I strongly suggest them to provide the order details in the order confirmation email, when the order is placed. Thanks.
