On March 25, 2024, we entered into an agreement with said business with the expectation, that the work would be complete. In February 2022, my wife had an triple bypass heart operation and we knew going forward that the current facility could not support her sanitary needs. It was unsafe. On March 25, 2024, we met with a representative of the "ALL IN 1" Remodeling company. We initially agreed to the terms. On March 27 2024, we called the company to cancel the contract. Even though we had a "Three-Day Right to Cancel", it would cost us thousands of dollars. They reduce the contract somewhat, with an additional reduction that could take place down the road based on our status as Seniors. We needed the upgrade and don't have the money to cancel the initial contract. Today is May 6, 2024. They started in March. They have said, the city is backup with inspections. The Inspector told me; we have no backlog. The last text I received was on May 2nd. This is unacceptable!

January 17, 2024, ************ was performing work a few houses down from *********** approached me to see if I wanted to do any work on my home. I requested a bathroom remodel quote. When ***** came to look at my upstairs bathroom she said that a bathroom remodel was not a necessity but a luxury although I needed the work because of my elderly mother with health issues. She insisted that the all the breakage on the stucco was more urgent. She brainwashed me into thinking she was doing me a favor. When I was on the phone with the finance company she was present & telling me what to say to the company. They conducted themselves very shady & have caused me a deal of stress, ******************** and even affected my health. A lot of issues have arised in my home since the work was performed & they refuse to fix them & a threatening me with legal action. These people lie, promise to give you cash under the table if you sign paperwork stating the work is done. Their practices are unprofessional & questionable. I can provide ************ information upon request

According to the company theyve attempted to contact me without any response which is a total lie. Ive been dealing with *** and we spoke on 4/18/24 he said he would speak to his supervisor about my complaints and he would call me back. I didnt hear back from him until 4/4/24. Once again I addressed the fact that there have been so many issues on the worked performance in which they refuse to correct several items that were damaged during their work. Theyre not concerned about my satisfaction as a client, theyre only concerned on getting paid. Wanting me to sign for a job completed although theres so many issues with the flooring in my home & damaged caused to my property while performing this work. All I ever asked for was for the work to be completed correctly & for repairs for the damage caused to my property by them. But they make promises & never keep them. My house is open for inspection so that I can provide proof of the damage. I can also provide videos or pictures. Now theyre trying to file a lien on property but refuse to repair the damage they caused on my property.

I am rejecting this response because: *********** performed a horrible job causing damage to my property. Every time they try attempt to arrange something is the bare minimum & it doesnt fix the problem. They are refusing to warranty the work performed & are only concerned in getting paid. They overpriced everything & commit fraud while youre on the phone with the finance company & promise to give cash under the table as long as you allow them to perform the work in your home. I can provide proof of all the bad work that was done. And to top it off they want to intimidate you by threatening to *** you or put a lien on the home. This company should be investigated for fraud & shady practices. The representative that they say Ive been talking to has been out of town on family emergency. I have text to prove it.

      Sincerely,

I rarely feel compelled to write reviews, let alone negative ones, but my experience with this company has left me no choice. Despite repeatedly requesting to be removed from their calling list and clearly stating my registration on the Federal Do Not Call List, their calls persist. This company's blatant disregard for privacy laws and the Federal Do Not Call Registry is not only infuriating but also deeply concerning. The incessant calls are not only a nuisance but a clear violation of consumer rights. It's disappointing to see a business operate with such a lack of respect for privacy and legal compliance. Their actions reflect poorly on their ethics and consideration for potential customers.I urge others to be wary of engaging with a company that chooses to ignore federal regulations and shows a complete lack of respect for individual privacy. It's a shame that in this day and age, we still have to deal with companies that refuse to adhere to basic legal and ethical standards.

I received services to replace my windows on my home. Part of the contract and promise of the company was a 6-month promotional deferred payment plan. The salesman even wrote on the contract "No cost Promo #***" explaining to me that was the promotion he was promising me. Now, the bank they do business with has no record of this, and the business hasn't answered or returned my calls. This all comes after confusion with the loan and it not matching the quoted amount. The approved loan amount was for almost $2,000 over the quoted contract price, with a maximum loan amount far exceeding that amount. After frustration and repeated phone calls over the amount, I now find the promotion I was promised, and is on the contract, is not on the loan.

Hi *******, sorry to hear about the confusion you had with our rep and with the third party bank that you will be using to fund your project. As promised, we are still offering the promo through your approvals and sorry about the miscommunication with the bank. Also, we made sure to correct the loan amount. The way this specific bank works is giving the loanee awareness of how much they can get approved up to and that can sometimes lead to confusion. We do apologize for the extra $2k in the loan that was entered, everything is now correct. If you need to speak to a customer service representative, please call ************
