The proprietor of “Executive Plumbing & Drain” (*******) installed piping for my new shower on 9/16/2021 and was supposed to return to complete the shower head installation after the tiling was complete. I informed him when it was time to reschedule and he responded saying he would come but has since stopped responding to my messages. He has been paid in full ($600) and owes me completion of service. However, he has stopped responding to my messages. I have text records of our communication. I sought the services of an alternative plumber just to be informed that ******* installed the connection pipe crooked and thus this will cost me a hefty sum to cut through the ceiling to remedy the issue. I have informed ******* via text and voicemail and he still won’t respond. He won’t take my calls either. I just want him to come back and correct the mistake as well as finish what he has been compensated for. OR refund me so I can engage an alternative plumber to correct his mistake and finish the job. I have been very respectful and fail to understand why he is not being professional.Business response

Due to unforeseen volume of Plumbing requests and not enough employees to keep up with the demand, have caused Executive Plumbing and Drain a burden to meet the high demand.
