      Has turned into a trash pit of 3rd party sellers. I used to like NewEgg but increasing when I look for something it's only 3rd party sellers. I can go to **** for that. I had to block their listings from my web search results.

      I ordered a 4070ti super graphics card form newegg.com, it arrived on time but it was the wrong item sent. Not only was the item wrong, it was a used item not in its original box that was sent to me. I contacted their customer service right away and set up a replacement. I sent their product back to them on the same day I received it, within two hours of receiving it and waited an entire week for it to get back to them.Once the return reached them and the replacement process started, it took them 2 days to process it and then they just canceled my order claiming they no longer have the product to replace it and refunded me my money. This would normally be fine but they literally had brand new items of the same exact model listed on their website at a higher price range, their own website said ******************************************************************************************************************************************* hopes of selling their stock at a higher price than what I paid for.This kind of business practice is a scam and this company should not be trusted. Will not shop with them again.

      I purchased a high priced *** from Newegg, and the ordeal has been nothing short of a disaster. First, the item took an unreasonably long time to arrive. Even worse, the tracking information falsely indicated delivery before the package actually reached my doorstep.Due to the excessive delay, I no longer required the *** and initiated a return. The item was sent back to Newegg and confirmed as delivered, yet I have yet to receive a refund. Despite the delivery confirmation, Newegg has completely ignored my refund request.I am appalled by Newegg's abysmal customer service and their blatant disregard for their customers. I strongly advise potential buyers to steer clear of this unreliable company.

      I ordered over $1000 worth of PC equipment and it never arrived. The carrier submitted a claim to Newegg on my behalf and they waited longer than 30 days to acknowledge it. The company now refuses to refund or fulfill my order per their 30-day policy.

      I personally had an awful experience with NewEgg that took over 5 years to come to a "resolution". I ordered an entire PC build worth of parts, and was missing the graphics card from the shipment. They claimed because I didn't film myself opening the package when it arrived, I had no choice but to take the loss. I fought for years for any type of resolution, getting package weights from the delivery courier, and fighting to prove that it was never shipped, and nothing ever came of it. They refused to have any responsibility. Only after reaching out to Gamers Nexus to have them contact Newegg on my behalf was I offered any kind of "resolution", which was them giving me a fraction of what the product was worth in "Refund Credit" that could only be spent on items that were "Sold and Shipped by Newegg", all of which are usually MORE than MSRP, and significantly more than other sellers on the site. The same exact GPU I bought like 4 years prior for ~$800 was being "Sold and Shipped by Newegg" for over $1100. A 4 year old graphics card. The "refund credit" also required me to spend the money first, then trust that they would refund me after the payment was processed, something I had a hard time trusting them to do. I also could only buy a single item with the credit, not multiple items, and if it didn't fully utilize my "refund credit" the rest would be lost. I never got my graphics card. I ended up spending way less than my credit was worth on a new SSD, because it couldn't afford to potentially lose more money to Newegg at the time should they choose to not honor the refund credit. I actually had to argue on the phone for over 45 minutes after the payment was processed for them to even acknowledge that I was owed a refund credit, then they made me wait 3 weeks for the refund to come through. I will never purchase anything from Newegg again, even if I can't find it elsewhere.I suggest to anyone even remotely considering Newegg to buy literally anywhere else.

      Purchased a very expensive laptop from a third party seller because of the buyer protection guarantee. When I received the package there was no contents inside. I've been in a constant battle with them and have received very little to no help. They only side with the merchant and have complete disregard for the consumer. I would recommend everyone to stay away from this company. Even after submitting endless documents and reports they have done nothing! I will never use them and tell everyone I know to stay away!

      On the 28th of May I ordered a watch, the Garmin Fenix 7X for $599 ($649.49) as advertised on their site. They send me the Garmin Fenix 7, slight inconvenience which they said they will fix (they quickly fix the model number in the product listing). I return the watch and wait for them to receive it and get a refund before making the purchase again with the appropriate price correction by Newegg.Sometime during this, they increase the price of the Fenix 7X by around $200 ($899) - which anywhere else equates to the cost of the Fenix 7X Pro. They then inform me in an email with some attitude that they will only offer me $100 off the current price.If making any purchases from this company, check for *their* errors, ensure model numbers, titles and descriptions are accurate. It was not in this case, they didn't keep the implied resolution - "we'll go ahead and price match the 100$ from your previous order for the Garmin 7x for you". What I'm offered is a $100 discount off the item that they subsequently increase by over $200.

      If I could give zero stars I would. I purchased a computer from NewEgg and after 1 month it broke. NewEgg told me to contact Lkkewise, their internal warranty team, to get a refund since thr computer suffered a major issue and was impossible to fix.It has been 2 months since I opened a case and every time I call or email they act like I've never spoke to them. They confirmed a refund by email, then after the cheque never showing up claimed they never approved it.Please never purchase anything from Newegg

      I ordered 2 boxes of *** sold by Newegg and only 1 came in the sealed envelope. I submitted the claim to Newegg telling them I only received 1 box of ***. They told me the warehouse successfully packaged and ship the *** and they said there was nothing they could do. This pretty much left me with no options for returning or going through the manufacture since it was a failure to ship issue.

      Newegg places alot of restrictions on shipping carrier so that when you order their products you must be home to receive them between the hours of 9-3 (coincidentally the hours that 75% of adults are at work and unable to sign for their packages) i also am unable to request they be held at the *** location to be picked up. My entire 2500$ order is now going to be returned to sender due to the heavy restrictions
