            In February of 2018 BBB contacted this company regarding a pattern of complaint allegations wherein complainants state that this company has delivered products to them that were not ordered by authorized personnel. The company generally allows the products to be returned and informed BBB that the complainant allegations are caused by outside salespeople not using the authorized script. The company indicated that in some cases such diversion from the script can lead to termination of the employee. BBB will continue to monitor this situation and provide updates when warranted.
            Alert:

            In May of 2018 BBB launched an investigation on this company. Customers allege that this company has delivered products to them that were not ordered by authorized personnel but then are expected to pay for these products. In mid-2018 the company informed BBB that they had changed their name from Triton Imaging to Arrow Laser. BBB Golden Gate (Oakland, CA) has a report available on a company by the name of Triton Imaging, that appears to operate very similarly to this company. Representatives of Triton Imaging in Richmond, California have contacted BBB about potential confusion regarding their name and the former name of this company, but BBB has been unable to confirm that they are separate entities.

            I received a invoice from Triton in early October. It had a employees name on invoice. We paid invoice. Come to find out employee didn't order anything from said company. Tried calling company several times to no avail. We never received any products from the company. This week received another invoice from Triton. Once again never received anything, called again got a voice-mail system. Looked on Google and seen all the reports of this happening to everyone else with similar stories.

            SCAM! They send an invoice for printer ribbon we DID NOT order. They must assume enough business owners don’t pay their own invoices and catch that they are being charged for product they never ordered. These people are taking advantage of small business owners and should be SHUT DOWN! BBB, please help make sure more people don’t fall victim to this illegitimate business.
