We are having a hard time canceling service. We leave messages at the 1-800 number and never receive calls back. The web site listed on the credit card statement isn't a valid web site where we can submit a cancellation. We just received another shipment, and have returned it. The post office claimed we opened the package because of the way it was shipped, and they didn't want to return it. Maybe this will get us off the list. I DO NOT recommend this product because of the business practices of the company, and there is no way Christina Cosmetics should have an A+ rating at the BBB.Review from Mary J.

It’s very hard to cancel with Christina cosmetics. I have call and I am referred back to online to cancel my order. There is no where I read that it is a cancellation fee. I want my order stopChristina Cosmetics Response

Ms. Bolder, We want everyone to be happy with their purchase and the set up of their customizable subscriptions! Our TV infomercial advertises the makeup kit comes with auto delivery. When you call to order we remind everyone in the greeting that they will receive a new shipment every 60 days. This occurs before we take any of your personal information. We also send a friendly reminder on every packing slip. Then, to follow up to make sure you're ready for your next shipment, we send out automated email alerts 3 days before a subscription order processes. In the email alert we include our customer service email so you can advise us if you would like to customize or cancel. I did a search and we have never received an email message from you at the email address provided on this complaint. Also, when you call our customer service 800 number at any time of the day or night we provide you with real time information on how to refuse or return shipments, and give you our customer service email address. It's pretty simple. Your account has been discontinued.Review from CHERYL W

I do not want anymore cosmetics from Christina Cosmetics Company. I want to cancel my order and have tried to call the number provided in which it sends you to customer service to email. I have sent two emails and I get no response from them. There is no where on their site to cancel an order ! I am trying to cancel before the next shipment is sent. I am not happy with this company and would not recommend it to anyone! I have rated this low because of not being able to contact or cancel.Christina Cosmetics Response

Hello C*****, I checked our customer service email and searched both emails provided on this complaint and on your account. Neither email address provided shows ever receiving an email from you. We would have gladly gotten back with you. If you replied to a No_ reply email for USPS tracking or No_reply email for order confirmation we do not receive those replies. However, our customer service message on our 800 number tells everyone how to contact us directly. Plus, all contact information and recommendations for refusing or returning shipments, accessing our return address, etc. is on every packing slip in one brief paragraph. I will be happy to discontinue your shipments, and we thank you for your business.Review from Linda H

This company has been so frustrating to work with. No customer service line due to covid for so long. I used their online service to customize and the change was not done so received the color I did not want anymore. Now I have decided to cancel my subscription all together. If I want to order it again, it is easier to do it through Amazon. Once again no number to call. I sent an email today. Not sure it will reach them. Very frustrating. Many other companies have LIVE human bodies that can work from home to answer calls.Review from Kec H.

I am completely appalled by this place. The information that this is a subscription was buried about 4 paragraphs down in the terms and conditions upon order and then, to cancel, the terms say you must call and cannot email your request. However, when you call, there is no option to cancel or talk to anyone. Their customization page doesn't allow for cancelation. They are definiately taking advantage of customers by covertly enrolling them in a subscription plan and then giving them no way to cancel. They have disclaimers telling customers they're really busy and short staffed so they can't respond to emails in a timely manner but then charge shipping and restocking fees once when you return items...a true scam. I'm in the early stages of trying to get a refund but will definitely be filing a request for help to resolve if I'm unable to on my own.Review from Latonya M

This is a scam. I was billed for the autoship product which I promptly returned according to their website. After about a week I called to inquire about my refund only to get directed to the website. I have sent several emails, some of which indicate the the refund was in process. But again, no refund. Will never do business with this fraudulent company again. It's sad that consumers with good intentions are shafted by bad businesses.Review from Jack P.

A scam. No one is there. I have tried several phone numbers and all you can do is phone orders in. I was billed twice already and every 60 days i will be getting another order . I wanted to stop my AUTO PAY but there is no way to do it. I called my American Express to dispute the payments.Review from Shawntel J

I ordered this product and attempted to cancel by calling their customer service department. I called the number several times and only received a recording redirecting me to their website. On their website, the instructions they provided for cancellation was to call their customer service number. They advise they would not accept any cancellation via voicemail, email, letter or on their customize order page - you MUST call their customer service number to complete your cancellation. This is fraudulent, they make it impossible for you to cancel your order because the customer service line is not setup for you to actually speak to anyone, it is merely a recording to redirect you to complete your transactions online.
