I am writing regarding my recent stay at Ramada by Wyndam ********** with check-in on Monday, August 8, 2022. I was disappointed and surprised to find that my room had a strong marijuana odor, the bathroom was dirty (for example the sink did not look like it had been wiped down and the bathtub was stained and had peeling paint), and the lock seemed unsecure. Additionally, it appeared that there were people loitering in the parking lot. This concerned me because my car had personal belongings in it as this hotel was a stop in my move from Washington to **********. I was so uncomfortable that I checked out and left shortly after arrival and made arrangements to stay at another hotel for the night. I made the reservation through Priceline. All of my previous experiences with Priceline have been good, but I believe the rating of the hotel did not represent what I experienced. I have spoken with a representative from Priceline and they instructed me to please reach out to the hotel directly to request a refund of $107.81. I called the hotel and they instructed me to email ************************************************ I have emailed this address on August 15,2022 and August 27, 2022 but have not received a response.
