      Do not order from this company. I recieved my package. However, it was missing the purse and green bodysuit I had ordered. The package was also open when it got to my home. It was secured by a clear tape. I attached photos of the bag it came with that shows the postal stamp that confirms it was opened. I kidly requested a refund and to this day I this issue has not resolved. This was from July of last year.

      ve been trying to submit a missing items claim all afternoon and Im getting no response from any means of contact (FB, iMessage, email, and live chat). I never received my packages despite them being allegedly delivered. *** contacted my neighbors who also saw nothing as well. I needed this for my birthday next weekend and Im sad I spent time and money on something that Ill never receive.

      Dont waste your time purchasing from this store. They are deceptive in their business practices. PLT made me pay for my return which is normal however I had to ship my same order in multiple shipments because their customer service representative gave me false information. They also sent me items that claimed to be matching sets but were completely different colors. The representative stated that it was because they get the items from multiple manufacturers and colors could be off. If this is the case then you should not sell the item as a matching set. Thats false advertising.

      would give zero stars if possible. ordered a top + bottom set in november and the package came and had two bottoms in it. i was told to return the extra pants and they would send the top to me, but they instead sent an INCOMPLETE refund. i tried again in january because i was sure it wouldnt happen again, but low and behold it happened again. i ordered a top and they sent me a pair of pants AGAIN. i already know they will tell me to return it and then expect me to pay for the shipping and ill never get the top of my set. never shopping from here again, im rlly disappointed because the set was cute and now it will never be complete.

      I paid for expedited shipping and it still hasnt arrived. I cant even get a response from customer service. I have messaged them multiple time and literally no response. I would contact my bank and dispute the charges but Im going on vacation and cant wait for a new card. First and last time purchasing from this company.

      If I could give them ZERO STARS I would. When I opened the bag it was a strong mold smell I noticed mold all over my item, what absolutely disgusting. The fact a company would send a moldy, dirty disgusting item is insane to me.

      I paid for my package to be expedited and received a ***** tracking number stating that package would be delivered on 14DEC23. I contacted ***** and was told that they received an empty box and there will not be a delivery at this time. I contacted PLT and informed them of this and kept getting the run around. I asked for my items to be re-shipped to me overnight and was told to wait until the delivery date passed the initial delivery date was 14DEC23 yet I was provided with no resolution on when my items will be delivered!!

      Class action $10 gift card settlement not working. It will not allow free shipping. You cannot proceed at the shipping method.

      I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN.. I ORDER A DRESS IT WAS TO SMALL SO I SENT IT BACK ON SEPT 8. IT'S NOW DEC 6 AND NO REFUND. THEY KEEP ASKING ME FOR A TRACKING NUMBER WHICH I DONT HAVE, AND ALL THEY CAN TELL ME IS THAT I NEED A TRACKING NUMBER INORDER FOR THEM TO LOCATE MY PACKAGE.

      The are the worst ! I purchased from them they did not send a tracking number or confirmation number and couldnt locate my order. There was nobody in customer service that could help me. 1 because they dont have a customer service phone number and 2 they dont respond back to emails. My money is with them currently and I have no update on the order I made. Ive been fighting with them for a refund for days. Different people keep sending me the same emails asking for the same information everyday instead of somebody knowing the case and solving the issue right them and there. They are lying saying that my bank rejected the refund and asked for my PayPal, now they are saying that its going to take **** business days .. to receive a refund through pay pal when PayPal sends money instantly. I will never order from them again
