      Houzz Pro is a SCAM. We have called multiple times to cancel our account, they promised to process our request and refund our money, and they are STILL pulling $250 monthly from our account! Do not ever use Houzz. We are going to try to get our money back but I am ******. So far they have stolen $750 from us. Please run away from this horrible company! Their software is very basic and does not have many features anyway. It's a total waste of money, and like I said a SCAM.

      If a ZERO stars was available this fraudulent company would get it. Let's start with scamming of small businesses. As many others on here I found out the hard way. They made a promise to make sure my leads were legit and sufficient so that way I wouldn't have to come out of pocket. I told ************** My so called rep that was supposed to help me set up my account promised I would make money off my leads and that they would in fact be legitimate. I wouldn't have to come out of pocket. We set a budget of $400+ and I ended up under water within the first 2 months of service. I had one legitimate lead. The customer service team including *************** said my profile needed "more". So after adding more to the profile I still had NO leads. Within 4 months I was in debt because the budget we set was for getting and landing leads. Which again I had NONE. Even after updating the profile. Then because they have you sign a year contract they wouldn't cancel the contract even though they lied to me about being able to afford the monthly budget set. Each of my leads was supposed to equal $400+. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. They immediately send you to collections. I will be filing a lawsuit with this company.

      True scam. Tried the "free tools" casually and ended up accidentally in a year-long subscription for their service (platform doesn't work, btw) without knowing I'd signed up. Any emails they sent indicating I had subscribed to their service went straight to spam. I only realized after being charged over $200 and digging into it, including looking in my spam folder for emails explaining this. The first layer of customer service was nice. But the next layer (they had to elevate my case when I explained that I'm NOT a business...don't even own land, this is just a far off dream to design a house) was cold and unyielding. They only agreed to end the subscription but wouldn't refund the $200+ dollars for the first month's payment. Beware...what they say on their site isn't accurate, and you need to be super careful not to accidentally get into a subscription. And, even since I've done more research, what they say they charge for subscriptions isn't even close to what they will actually bill. There's no subscription for $205. Apparently, there's the monthly subscription price, which is what they list on their site, and then they charge $120 for "additional team members," and I don't understand what that is. They're really sneaky about the prices, and as I said, any emails they sent me about charges went straight to spam, so I never saw them. One of the sleeziest, least customer-friendly businesses I've encountered. If a business can't afford to give refunds to seriously unhappy and unintentional customers, they deserve to be swallowed by the competition.

      This company is a SCAM. We purchased tables for an event from them and they all arrived damaged because this company did not ship them out with any protective covering. They were all dented as there came with no foam or bubble wrap. They simply placed these heavy tables in a thin cardboard box. Now when we asked to return them for full refund they are giving us the run around, refusing to pick them up and give our money back. IT is simply ridiculous what we have had to go thru and still not gotten our money back when they are the one at fault for delivering us damaged tables!

      After a zoom call with their Houzz Pro representative, ******, she attempted to pressure me into signing a year long contract for advertising on their "front page" for 15% off while we were on the phone. After convincing her to send me the terms of the contract for my review, I checked out the platform. I decided that it wasn't a good fit for my company. There is not enough exposure in my area to justify the cost, especially with no confirmation of results in my area. When ******, called me the next day, I informed her that it would not work for us. Rather than accepting that my decision, she asked for my input. Her intentions were not to actually take my input, but to refute it. When I relayed my notes, she emphatically informed me that none of it was useful to them. Since she felt like they did not need my notes, I wished her good luck, and was dismissed with an "OH MY GOD!" from ****** before she hung up on me. If there was any chance for my company to do business with this company in any capacity, it was swiftly and effectively ruined by Houzz's unprofessional representative.

      Houzz pro stole $800 from me for a subscription I never wanted, didnt know I was signed up for, and immediately contacted Houzz upon finding out about this charge. Its been months, and ** still fighting to get my money back. This practice is predatory.

      I ordered from houzz the first and last time. I received damaged pendant lights. I wasnt able to hang the lights upon arrival. Its a pretty big project to do in a 30 day window. I kept both pendant shades wrapped in cellophane until they were installed. Carefully unwrapped and illuminated the pendants and found the damaged shades. The dents and scratches show through the shades and the pendants appear flawed. I reported the damage asap. Only 2 weeks outside the 30 day return window. I submitted multiple pictures and an explanation of the damage. I asked only for 2 new shades as the pendants were otherwise in good condition. Again, I was denied and very disappointed that they denied my claim!

      I would give ZERO starts if I could. This company is a *****.They will lock you in for a year, give you a "client success manager" who is IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of. You have to book a meeting with them weeks / months in advance. The leads you get are decent to worthless.After I made my cancellation notice mid term I was told we cannot cancel until the end date.Which was fine we signed the agreement will live with it, but they did not cancel and RENEWED our agreement. WITH NO WARNING. We were told now we cannot cancel. After a battle for months we finally got canceled, but were NOT refunded the money that was taken before anybody approved to renew our agreement. ALSO before our contract ended they took another $1,063 from our bank account the day it was canceled.Please DO NOT USE HOUZZ. PLEASE GET THE **** OUT TO AS MANY CONTRACTORS AS POSSIBLE. THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM. THE AGREEMENT IS A JAIL SENTENCE. THE PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE ARE CRIMINALS.0/5 stars
