My husband and I purchased a flight and hotel package from military fares on Thursday March 16th 2023. The status stayed in a processing/pending , the day of our flight everything had been cancelled and the money has not been returned or released despite multiple calls and support tickets submitted to military fares.Initial Complaint

In Sept 2021 I booked a flight from ****** to ********* through ************* for January 2022. I cancelled it by email on January 5, 2022 due to the ***** surge in the **, and received confirmation from ************* that it was cancelled and that I had travel credit with *************, and to email them when I was ready to rebook. I went to rebook, now only flying from ******* to *********, by emailing them on March 17, and, after clarifying that they would only rebook on the original airline, I sent them a screenshot from their website of the flight I wanted to rebook and its cost, which was approx. $300 less than the original flight had been. They wrote back and told me that it would cost me $100 in "fare difference" to book that flight. I questioned that, since it was a much cheaper flight that I was now looking to book, and they did not reply for 4 days. They finally replied yesterday asserting that it is a fare difference that the airline charges. I have asked twice for them to explain, and they will not. I have asked them to call me, twice, and they don't call. They do not answer their phones at all and their voice mailbox is full. I do not want to pay an extra $400 (losing $300 in the actual fare difference which should be in my favor, plus paying $100 for their "fare difference") for a flight that is within North America. Ideally, now I would like them to refund me the cost of the flight that I cancelled, so that I can use the money to purchase tickets from a more reputable source. They have dragged on this and flights aren't getting cheaper. If this is resolved in the next few days, an acceptable solution would be to issue me the ticket (with the flights that I originally requested - I will attach a screenshot) without requiring further payment from me. Otherwise, I will need to book with another airline this week and will need the refund from ************* to reimburse me.Initial Complaint

I bought a ticket on ************.com for $1517.22 to attend a funeral ceremony for a family member in December 2021. Royal Air Moroc canceled my flight on Monday, November 29, 2021, at **** AM, and they refused to refund my money for a reason best known to them. I could not attend the funeral because I did not have another source of income to buy another ticket. I have contacted ************.com on several occasions but to no avail. I am hoping to get my money back. Hope to hear from you.Initial Complaint

I paid for an airplane ticket from ******* Japan to the States and back to Okinawa where I work on *************** . It was advertised that if I paid an additional fee I could cancel for any reason. So I paid the $100+ fee.I had to cancel the tickets because of covid restrictions and I asked for the cancellation. Then they told me they could only refund up to $1000 of the $1500 dollars I paid. That wasn't on the advertisement when I bought the tickets. After going back and forth with them for three days they canceled my flights and said they would only refund $1000.When I asked when I would get my money they told me it could take six months. I have now been waiting three weeks with no refund
