We contracted with Kitchens Unlimited to do a complete kitchen remodel at our church. They completed the designs which we paid for in the amount of $4500.00 on 12/21/2021. Those designs were delivered and we began the ordering process for cabinets, sinks, garbage disposals, cabinet handles and such. We paid $18,208.95 to place the order for these items. On 01/12/2022, we ordered countertops/backsplashes from Kitchens unlimited we paid an additional $9,749.44 for these to be custom ordered and prepared. We were told to expect delivery of the items by Mid May of 2022. To date we haven't received a single item for Kitchens Unlimited. When we would contact them we were told there were shipping issues and the orders were delayed. I have tried to contact the owner however telephone calls often go unanswered. Then the phone was disconnected. I went by the business and knocked on the door. The owner spoke to me and said there were major delays with orders with several customers and she would provide a time line in a couple of weeks. I returned an hour later to discuss a refund as I could no longer call the business. The owner clearly saw me and refused to answer the door or have discussion. I have sent an email demanding the funds be returned. I haven't received a response.

We always work with our clients to submit any needed warranty issues. Unfortunately the warranty is covered by the manufacture and not covered by us personally.  In this case we worked with the manufacture to submit this warranty claim twice.  The first time we sent in client photos and it was rejected , the manufacture said we could resubmit a door if we felt it was rejected in error.  The second time we collected a door from the client and offered to send in as instructed.  They asked to review digitally again and I(*******/Owner) personally reviewed the photos and door I had with the factory rep and head of Manufacturing.  At this point they confirmed with the original assessment that the damage was due to water and heavy use.  Ie. bumping into doors and drawers can dent the sub-straight and cause the paint to bubble.  Water sitting on the surface can also cause the finish to bubble or fail.  These issues are not covered under the Lifetime warranty.  The manufacture offered an 20% discount to replace.  We notified the client and mentioned we would work with them to get the pricing as sharp as we could.  We asked if they would like us to price out all doors summited or if they would only want certain ones.  They never got back to us on which ones to price out.  We would of course, would be happy to help them with this and try to get them priced as reasonable as we can.
