Beware of JP Electric and Solar we had Solar installed on March 3rd and have been making payments on our solar panels since March 3rd and it still isn't turned on. We have been calling them repeatedly and never get any calls back except for Patrick who is the guy that sold us the panels. They need to take classes in customer service skills because I wouldn't recommend them to ANYONE!!!Review from Richard L

This comany need to take classes in customer service and basic communication. There is a reason they are not accredited here. It started when I first attempted to make contact with them. They gave me the wrong times for their hours. I still managed to make contact with a young lady in the office. Shorty after, I was contacted by a saleman. 3 weeks went by without hearing from them. I reached out again and was told they couldn't help me. They're a solar installer. I want solar installed on my home. How can they not help me? Do your homework and stay away from this company.
