Keywords: dedicated, friendly, professionaly, focused on quality The roof is nearly 2,900 square feet with two sections, five skylights, nine vent pipes, and one electrical feed pipe. The pitch is 10/12 (roughly 39.81 degrees) which required several cross-beam step supports up along the roof, of course. As you can imagine, this all requied much more energy and stamina at that angle to meticulously work over the several, sunny days. And, they took care to remove the many extra staples and nails that the previous roofers used when they put the shingles on roughly 23 years ago. As expected, they did a thorough cleanup routine at the end of each day. They are my first recommendation for anyone needing a roof replacement.

Everyone was very professional & did a great job. The owner, Manuel, took a lot of time explaining everything to us & helping us with samples. Erica, office manager, was kind, courteous & a pleasure to talk with. The job site foreman, Chris, was extremely pleasant & easy to work with - very knowledgeable! The crew was courteous, professional & cleaned up thoroughly after each day’s work. I highly recommend this company. Great people!

Shadow Roofing did a tune-up on my roof in Ventura June of 2021. Some shingles had blown off from the wind. I paid $750 for the job and all was fine. Just a few days ago in Nov. 2021 the same singles blew off in the wind. I called SR to see if they would come back and fix the problem. They said that their work is not guaranteed on repairs and it says so on the roofing bid. I would have to pay another $750 to have them come out again without a guarantee. My complaint is that this company does not seem to be interested in maintaining customer good will. If there had been even a year gap after the first service I would understand, but it has been approximately just 5 months! The nails they used obviously did not hold the singles down (going through 2 layers). Consequently I am very disappointed in the service they provide. In the interest of good will they might of at least met me half-way on the price. Also of note was the fact that when I mentioned possibly going on line and reporting my experience the desk secretary went ballistic! She stood up and yelled at me to not threaten her, and she promptly ushered me out of the office… not very professional behavior I would say. At some point I might have considered this company to do a full $50,000 roof repair, but certainly not now after this experience! ER

Shadow roofing crew are fast, courteous and efficient. Clean up at the end of each day. Roof is beautifully finished.

Completed per estimate on scheduled date. clean up was completed with care. Quality of work was terrific. A great company to deal with!
