            On August 11, 2023, the BBB conducted an Ad Review on Brighton Specialty Dental Group for having an advertisement listed with strike through pricing. 

            The media where the claim appeared was onine on www.Groupon.com.

            Specific claim challenged by the BBB:

            96% off for "$500 Towards Any Implant Treatment Over $2,000" of $500 down to $20

            The basis of the challenge of the above claim was performed by the BBB as it relates to BBB’s Code of Advertising, #3. Comparison with own former selling price.

            The outcome of this Ad Review resulted in 2 attempts made via email on 8/11/23 and 8/18/23, but as of 8/25/23, no effort has been made to substantiate with receipts that pricing was originally sold at the strike through price.  Status is CLOSED AS UNSUBSTANTIATED.
