On 10/28/22 I paid B**** *****, Biker Bail Bond $3000 for bail for Kyle Dodge. Within the hour I notified Mr Hooch the bail had been revoked and the bond not processed. He said there was nothing he could do, contact my attorney but he would not "keep" my money, they would work something out. After numerous phone calls I provided Mr Gooch with a letter from the SB Sheriff confirming the bond had been returned to him. After more phone calls his response was he was researching the matter. On 12/14/22 I asked him what will this take to get resolved. He said he had expenses so I agreed to refund of $3000 less $500 for his "trouble" for a refund of $2500. However he could not pay until Friday, 12/16. Since then he has not responded toy email, text messages or phone calls. Only when I disquised my phone number using *67 did he answer but using a Spanish accent. When he learned it was me, he kept calling me sleepy! At this point I feel I'm entitled to a full refund of $3000 for my trouble and because he did not hold up his end of the agreement.
