I paid off my loan almost a year ago and they continue to report me delinquent. I spoke with there so called compliance office and they rude and did not care about my case. Basically I did the right thing and still I get punished. My loan was paid off by my bank and they knew it has happening and told me not to worry about current payment and still reported me. Now they want to lie and act like nothing ever happened.

Loanmart has constantly made attempts to contact myself through my elderly parents. Constant mail and frequent visits to their home in a gated community. Meaning loanmart is trespassing a private community.. there are visible signs that says no solicitation. I know they are practicing intimidation by trying harassing my elderly parents to get a response.. the continuous harassment of my parents at there home and through the mail at least three letters a week sometimes two letters in a day. This is clear violation of ******** private information is being shared with a party that wasnt contractually obligated any sort of debt with loanmart.. there has been two visits to an address I am not associated with and has never been giving as a place of residence for myself. Whatever documents they claim are missing they have in their possession. This a clear practice of intimidation by making my parents uncomfortable with the random contact being made at my parents door.I do not live there all of my contact information address and phone number has not changed the harassment of my elderly parents needs to cease immediately

On Friday, January 3 third I woke up to my vehicle being a repo for nonpayment. I called them and ask them. Why would they take my vehicle without telling me? They said they dont have to tell me cause I was behind and I didnt contact them.Thats the problem that I have. I sent him a message a couple days ago. I asked him for payment and told him I was gonna make a payment. They sent me the information back so I do have a picture of that showing that we have communication there They say that I didnt answer the phone but what they dont say is that they put you on an automatic dollar for every 15 minutes and keep calling your phone constantly all day. And it kept kicking me off from my job and causing me to lose money it is so harassing That its just unbearable and then when you call in theyre rude and dont have any answers so I do like I always do and send a text message because they told me I can communicate that ****** they know they were getting the payment and just continue to take my vehicle and charge me $500 more and it took my vehicle across state lines with this huge toll amount to make it affordable to get my vehicle back where they can sell my vehicle within five days And they told my car where my car was in a carport on private property, but the problem is where my car was parked at. I know they told my vehicle when they towed my car. Because its a problem underneath the car with the carport and you have to come out very slow. As if they pulled my car out I know they tow my car ***** not disagreeing with the amount that I owe cause that is what I agreed upon and I will pay them, but I am going to disagree with the extra $500 that they charge before repossession fee with a knew I was making a payment and tow my car to ***************** when I live in ********. That is not fair to a customer to take that car across state lines and tell them oh well go get it.

I opened a title loan March of 2024 and have been making payments monthly, with all payments being over the monthly payment amount, up until the end of October. When I noticed the balance was not going down but instead growing, I contacted their customer service who recommended I call to make payments to the principle as the electronic payments are going to interest only. I did this at least twice. I initially wanted a loan of $600, loan mart stated the lowest loan they could give would be $1500, I have since paid $$2272 on this account and somehow still owe $1423. I've read the company's response to similar complaints where it appears no resolution will be offered by Loan Mart. My next step is to contact CFPB and/or FDIC to report this as theft, fraud or misleading services and find out what steps are needed to remove this from my credit. This loan including interest has been paid and the outstanding remaining amount is just extra money they're trying to force out of me. Loan Mart is a complete scam and I hope there is a lawsuit originating from the multiple complaints of overcharging.

Well, I was offered alone from Loan Mart through *********************. I had to use my car for collateral. In order to receive the loan I had to add ********************* as a lienholder on my car title once that was done I was promised the loan for $4500.I chose the company because I needed the loan that day, and Loan Mart promised that I would have the funds 10 minutes after I proved I added ********************* on my car title. I sent in the proof and right before ******** the loan officer was supposed to have the money sent to me, he asked me if the car was insured and I said no. that car sits in the garage I am not driving that car or any car at this time in my life. I would be able to get it insured tomorrow, but not before they close, which was in 45 minutes. ********, told me they could not give me the loan or work with me in anyway. Car insurance was not mentioned once in any conversation we had prior. I had been working with them since 10 oclock in the morning and now it was 6 oclock at night. I told them that I was unable to get car insurance by the time they closed and for that reason they would not send me the money but my car title is tied now to *********************. Once I realize that, I called back immediately. I kept calling back it was 30 minutes before they closed but they would not pick up the phone. Nobody would pick up the phone or answer any of my emails. So now my car they have secured with ********************* and I received nothing for doing that.
