The machines managed by avws in my apartment building have been broken for months. The company has made no attempt to fix it regardless of how many times i try to communicate with the landlord or the company. 3/4 machines are not working correctly but the company fails to point that out and keeps collecting from unsuspecting consumers.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/05/25) */ We are sorry for the troubles you are having. We will investigate and have our Service Team either fix the machines, or we will replace them if needed. Thank you for your business, we appreciate it. We will have our Customer Service Dept. contact you for any refund owed for money lost. Did not fix anything. The washers still don't have good water pressure. If both machines are being used. The water pressure slows down for both machines. Both machines still don't have hot water. They have been like this since November 2020 Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2021/06/07) */ Thank you for the follow up. We sent another Technician to the property today. He reported that the water pressure is correct (See attached photo), but the problem is the water heater not working properly. Therefore, there is no hot water in both laundry rooms. Our company is responsible for the washers and dryers. All of the utilities (water, gas, electrical, venting, etc.) is the Property Owner's responsibility. We'll reach out to them to make them aware of the water heater problem. Please also let your on site Manager know that the water heater needs attention. Thank you. You are renting the room where the washing machines are therefore you are also a tenant that requires All Utilities to be working in the correct manner therefore it is your responsibility as a tenant to let the property management know that the water heater is broken and push them to fix it. I have notified the manager countless times and the requests have gone ignored. I opened the case on 05/19 and today's date is 06/07. That is 19 days the water heater has been broken. (Mind you the water heater has been broken since November 2020 but let's start fresh) You as a tenant renting the laundry space mush push the managing company to fix the water heater. Thank you
