If zero stars were possible, that's what they'd get. Avery Green uses a telemarketer to scam customers. here's the scam - they call you saying something like, 'we miss you and haven't seen you in a while',, and go on to say that they're offering 50% off any service. I say ok,, sign me up for an oil change. They book the appointment in the Honda system. I show up, and the service attendant says they have no record of such a promise. Attendant was slow to attend, and rude. When you try to call the telemarketer back - number is dead. No supervisors available at this service department until 9 am,, so I had to leave. Be warned about this bait and switch tactic. Also have not received call back from Service Manager.Review from Bryan C

I recently went for an Oil Change/Low Tire pressure issue, and was contacted and told I had a leaking transmission. They needed to reseal a leaking cam cover. I advised them that I was told this was taken care of a couple months back. Service advisor told me they saw a recommendation for it to be completed in the notes and that was it. I told her I left it there an additional day after an oil change for this cam cover to be resealed. She found the hard copy of the work order saying completed but could not verify if it had been completed. I asked to speak to a supervisor wants it was resealed for sure (I hope) and the service advisor told me the manager had not been notified of this issue. Once she spoke with him and included me in the conversation ALL he did was apologize. He told me no parts or work order was created. MAJOR RED FLAG.Keep in mind this is the second time I have had an issue with them supposedly completing a task which was not taken care of.

I bought a vehicle from Avery green Honda February 16, 2022 & like 2 days later driving the vehicle I noticed a noise with my break & I reported to the service department asap & when they checked the brakes it told to me that it oil on the breaks so time when went by I'm still having the same problem as a to talk with a manager I'm still talking with receptionist. They are very unprofessional trying to resolve the problem. I have multiple vehicles so the Honda is not mandatory to drive. When my husband cleaned the vehicle it was glass all over the floor. We told the vehicle had not been in no type of accident and was a good vehicle. So I advise to please therely look over any vehicle before you purchase because at the time I'm not happy.Avery Greene Honda Response
