      On Wednesday April 19 I took my Jeep in to MILTS SERVICE GARAGE ON 515 ***********, *******, ** ***** because I had check engine light on I have a newborn and a teenager that I have to take to school and appointments practices etc. I decided to have it checked out my car was driving fine no oil spills drivable ..Left it at Milts on Wednesday the front desk guy said they would send me a text or call as soon as they knew what the light was.. few hours later get a call it's Yazz they gave me a quote of **** to get my spark plugs replaced and removed 491 as well as brake fluid flush 162 and remove replace radiator hose.... Totaling **** ok I approved the work since they said it needed to get done sooner or later. Ok fine I get a call that same day **** said it was ready I pick it up that same day ..Next day I take my son to school I smell something burning under my hood I ignore it thinking maybe it's because it was worked on yesterday .. pick up my son from school get home and we hear a hose running and smoke from my front hood as I look down there is orange red fluid leaking from truck I immediately call ***** I explained to him what was going on it was about 4pm he goes bring it in tomorrow????????? Very nonchalant I said no you guys need to fix it and see it today he goes fine bring it in we close at 5pm .. I took it in he goes your under warranty with ** if it's something we fixed will cover it if your radiator cracked that's on you???? Make it make sense if they had just checked my car the day before and didn't mention anything related to a cracked radiator.. I left my car the next day around 9am.,. I got a text stating it was ready I never got a call until 3ish Jazz said if was ready didn't think of telling me what was the issue until I asked .. he said the hose failed we put a different brand no apology nothing ..I was definitely over charged when I went to get estimates to other repair shops and they referred me to BBB because I was ripped off

      Thank you for bringing this to my attention. My apologies that you went through this. Thankfully it was a simple repair that was covered under our 2 year/24k parts and labor warranty. I reviewed the paperwork and found the error on pricing from my electronic system. We need to process a refund in the amount of $351.83. I will try to contact you. You can speak with either ***** Service Manager or Myself if I'm here. Currently I'm away with a new born and not always on site.

      I am rejecting this response because:not only did you over charge me but you messed up my car more than it already was and had me driving around with my newborn baby with leaking oils from my car.
      I will be contacting you guys shortly 
      Yes I was returned 351 for the system error over charge on  4/28 by service manager  yes that was part of the issue the other part of the issue is that Milts did a messy job and had me driving my vehicle leaking oils I want the labor cost returned to me as well and inspection fee because my car was not inspected fully before it leaving the shop.

      Refund was processed and error corrected on our end. We were able to correct the issue in question. It was a simple clamp failure that was holding during out test drive and final inspection. It later failed and was replaced. it was coolant and not oil that the concern was over. The correct amount was already processed and we will close this matter.

      I was only refunded $351.83 for the error in the system when I was billed I was not refunded for the labor fee for the messy job that was done in my vehicle.
