    I placed an order with **** and received a confirmation email. Its been over a week and I havent heard anything else. I tried contacting them but all they have is a chatbot that is utterly useless. I tried emailing the order email and it got rejected. There is no company phone number or email contact to be found on their website. Im at the end of my tether. I just want my order and to be able to track it. It was placed on 12/1/24. The payment came out of my account that day. I have received no other emails from them after the order confirmation. I merely want to make sure that my order hasnt been delivered and stolen at this point. Here is the information they sent me:Order Confirmation Thank you for buying from ****!     Purchased the zagg screen protector for a Gizmo 3 (through ******** and paid over $20. It fell off within 2 days of minimal use and I've tried to submit a replacement request but it has been out of stock for over 20 days. The unhelpful virtual assistant won't provide an email for me to contact them, and states I can be informed when it gets back in stock, but again it's been over 20 days. I'd prefer to just get my money back and buy a different brand since right now we have no protection on that watch.

    I purchased a Mophie charging phone case from the **** company, and left my phone in the case charging in my bedroom. I came back and found the case melting, as well as my charging cord melting into the case. I worry that my bed/house could have very easily caught on fire. There was a bad smell from the melting and burning on the case, and it took me multiple days to get the smell out of my room. I attempted to reach out to the **** company and only received one email back before getting no more insight about this situation. I have opened multiple support tickets over the past two weeks and have had no help from the company. I do not feel the need to take any legal action over the matter, but I would like to get my money back due to the product being faulty. Attached is the picture of the case and the cord that were melted.

    Warranty item is kept out of stock to avoid honoring replacement warranty. You can buy the item but if its for a warranty claim item is out of stock. 100% a scam bait company refusing to honor warranty claims.

    I am rejecting this response because they referred me back to their customer service phone number where no one picks up. Please have them schedule a time to call me so that we can resolve this matter.

    ***************************ir warranty-eligible screen protectors. About 50% of warranty-eligible screen protectors were out of stock, even for the latest phones, which means that even if you have a valid warranty you cannot use it and receive a replacement until the item is back in stock 50% of the time. To me, these two red flags (1. **************** not picking up after 30 minutes; 2. Half of all warranty-eligible screen protectors being "out of stock") indicate that shady business practices might be at play. After all, if the item is not in stock then it cannot be replaced under a valid warranty, and if you can't reach customer service to inquire about this then you are stuck with a broken screen protector and no way to replace it. With this being true for 50% of their screen protectors, it is logical to conclude that the warranties for these products being rendered useless is a business tactic to save money on warranty services.

We are a Small locally owned franchise, in ************* **, with no connection to the customer service line or the online web store.     Hello, my name is ******* and I work for ZAGG SL LLC. Our company is a ZAGG franchise and is not ZAGG corporate. This complaint seems to have been submitted to the email for our ZAGG kiosk inside of the Valencia Town Center in southern **********. Based on the complaint, I believe this is a matter for ZAGG corporate as we do not seem to have involvement.
