On March 18, 2017, my husband and I purchased 2 doors from J.R. Door & Window with a lifetime warranty. The doors were installed by them, one in the kitchen and the larger double door in the family room. Soon after they were installed, both doors became problematic. They don't close, open or seal as they should. J.R.'s technician came to our house to work on the doors many times from 2017 - December 2020. Current problems with the doors include leaking on rainy days, jamming and squeaking. I have provided pictures and video to J.R. that clearly show and demonstrate those problems. On 1/20/21, J.R. emailed stating "I don't want to keep sending out the same installers and still having the same issue. I have to get ******* involved." Since then, neither a technician or ******* representative have contacted me to attempt to resolve this issue. Leanna continues to tell me that she's trying to coordinate schedules with *******. Meanwhile, my doors that I paid $6202.63 pose a safety hazard.Business response

This is in response to ID# 157**881. I have provided the following attachments showing our records of services for the ****** Residence. Our records indicate services requested and services performed.
Currently we have a Service Request out to ******* the Manufacturer of the ******* French Door the ******* purchased. This current Service Request is to coordinate a time for a ******* tech and one of our Service techs to meet with the ******* together at the same time. ******* should be reaching out to the ******* within 10 days as of today to set up service as indicated on the Service Request attached.
I will keep you updated with the date and time ******* and the ******* agree on Service and also follow up with the resolution.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 157**881, and a service call is scheduled for August 20th. I was not given a specific time, I was informed that I'll receive a text message with my appointment timeframe. As of this moment, I haven't received the timeframe in order to plan accordingly.
