    Had a pair of boots break in January, filed a complaint online through the website didnt get a call or email at all, then in may i called and they said i would be a priority, didnt hear anything back. Finally a month later in June I called again and someone finally processed my return. After the return was received I have waited 20 business days for my refund and nothing. Called today and was informed that it hadnt even been processed yet even though their own information says returns take UP TO 14 business days. The representative then tells me a higher up will have to look at it on Monday almost a month after the return was received by Ariat and 7 months after the original complaint was made online.

    Order Number: ******** I purchased some shoes. A week later they still hadnt shipped. I called customer service and was told 2 week shipping time was normal due to catching up from switching to a new system but they would ship shortly. Now 2 weeks later the order status has changed to canceled without any email notification, and they havent refunded my ****** account. NEVER buy from the Ariat website.

    After calling customer service because of MANY order problems, one of the employees STOLE my information and signed me up for over 100 car quotes, **** sites and religious sites. I am currently getting a lawyer for harassment charges against the company and individual.

    Order and shipment went smoothly, however the boots I order fit too small. I returned the boots and I got a confirmation email on 04/29/25 that my return was received and accepted. So 20 days later I called Ariat customer service and I was given the excuse of a system upgrade and that it was taking longer to issue refunds. Ive called several times and they keep telling me either in ***** hours or the following week or they just dont know when. I should have read the horrible reviews about refunds. I will never buy from Ariat. This has been a horrible experience. I feel like Im never going to get a refund.

    I placed my initial order with Ariat on April 26th with an estimation that my order would arrive on May 5th. 2 days later that order was cancelled with a claim that the item I ordered was out of stock, despite their website claiming the item was still in stock and their **** confirming that stock was not an issue. Their customer service *** explained that this is a common occurrence for them and that I should ***lace the order, which I did. The next correspondence I had from them was an email on May 4th in regards to my second order, which they said would take longer than expected. Another two weeks went by with no further contact, so I called them again. They told me they would process my order right away. On May 17th, I received an email that my second order was cancelled due to this same stocking issue. This company makes great products but their customer service is some of the worst I have ever encountered. If you can avoid buying from them directly I would.

    Extremely poor customer service. Initially order went smoothly and package was on its way for delivery. After tracking through **** and on day of delivery it was discovered someone in shipping failed to put the complete address on the label and the package was undeliverable. This is when the nightmare began. Would only send replacement order AFTER receiving the initial order. After they received it no more contact. Online complaints were assigned a case number but nothing ever happened. Finally able to speak to someone and request a refund and the excuse of the system reboot was given and a refund would be given in approximately 7 days. After reading so many other reviews and complaints Im very scared nothing is going to happen. Anxiously waiting.

    I ordered my daughter a pair of boots on March 1. The boots arrived on March 21st however they were the right box but the wrong boots and wrong size were in the box. I initiated a return and it took days before I was sent a return label, I had to contact them twice for this. I was also told my original shipping and taxes would not be refunded. This was not a me mistake and I made it very clear that my full purchase should be refunded. They received my return on April 9th and I am still waiting for my refund. I have emailed in twice with no reply and today I live chatted with an agent that said they are in the middle of a system upgrade and can't process returns right now? I have since re-ordered the boots and have gotten them but out the money for the first pair. To say I am frustrated and annoyed by this company is an understatement. I will never purchase directly from Ariat again. The customer service has been a joke. I just want my refund as it is over $300CAD.

    We've had a rather disappointing experience with Ariat. We ordered two pairs of women's western boots in the same size, but one pair didn't fit, so we initiated a return. The initial return request process was straightforward but that's where the simplicity ended.The return authorization email clearly stated that the refund will be processed within 7 business days after the return was accepted by the courier. However, it's now been over 7 weeks 23 business days and still no refund.Ive contacted Ariat **************** three times. Each time, I was given a different excuse or explanation for the delay. One representative even abruptly ended the call without properly closing the *************** sum it up: the boots are great, but the refund process and customer service have been extremely frustrating and disappointing.

    HORRIBLE experience. It has taken me almost 3 months to receive a refund on my original order. I ordered a size 8 pair of boots which were too big. I exchanged for a 7.5, which were too small somehow. I then requested a refund of the 7.5s. ZERO communication. NO REFUND YET (3 weeks after the boots had been returned to their returns team - WITH CONFIRMATION of the return). I finally got through to their customer success team, who then told me they don't refund SALES TAX... which is nowhere in their refund policy. What is this company!?

    Zero customer service.... i have been attempting to get a warranty filed since November 2024... it is now February 2025. I have filed online, contacted them through ********, and been left on hold via thier customer service number. I have recieved zero responses from anyone on thier end.
