      Purchased a new $50 dollar Ariat shirt last week. Washed once and turned into a wrinkled mess. I contacted Ariat, took the time to send them photos etc. And was told it was due to excessive ware. Guessing Ariat can not make a product that can withstand 1 wash and never been worn. Joke!!! Going back to companies that stand behind what they make IE - Duluth trading and Carhartt. Ariat is a brand that talks the talk but will not walk the walk or stand behind their clothes.

      I am rejecting this response because: So Ariat has responded with a letter that says they've made a mistake and will replace the shirt. What I don't accept/like about this is I have now spent a decent amount of time and energy on something they should have resolved in the first place. It's really too bad that the only way to get a large company to do the right thing today is to threaten their reputation, otherwise it seems they could give a shxx either way. Lets be honest here by Ariat giving a credit for another shirt it's like they've spent maybe 10 bucks, probably less, to shut me up. Not about the money at this point. Ive decided I am not going to accept their credit and will toss anything with a visible Ariat brand. I cant feel good about advertising for a company that puts their customers through the wringer for something directly related to poor quality.

      Hello, I recieved a pair of m4 jeans for christmas and they do not fit. I checked and all the ones I have are m7. I called and asked a manager for assistance and the manager wouldnt even do anything. I love ariat and would love to continue doing business with them as I buy a lot from you. I simply wanted to exchange styles. The M7 are actually cheaper than the M4. This is turning me away from ariat. That specific family member that got them for me is no longer communicating with me so I have no way to contact them,.

      I purchased a pair of boots from Ariat in December 2023 as a present for my wife. The boots did not fit so I returned them on 1-10-2024. They were delivered to Ariat on 1-22-2024 by the ***** The tracking number was **********************. I have still not received a refund. I have called Ariat 3 times and each time I was promised my refund would be sent but as of today I still have not received it. My order number was ********. I wish to have my money refunded.

      I ordered a pair of work boots online on 8/21/23 (Order #********).The boots started to fall apart in December 2023. I used the website contact form on 12/21 and received confirmation via email that the form was submitted.After not hearing back i sent a follow up email on 1/12/24 which also got no response. I called the customer care number in the email and it was a non-working number.Today (1/26) I sent another follow up email since I have still not heard back.I tried calling the number again today at 2pm EST and this time it worked. I was put on hold while waiting for a representative to be available. I heard music for the first 5 minutes and then it turned into a silent hold for 30 minutes before I gave up and hung up.I just wanted to file a warranty claim to get the boots replaced as they are falling apart but I cant get anyone to assist me.The pictures attached are of the work boots in December when I first contacted, they have only gotten worse as the steel toe is also messed up now.The website claims a 1-year warranty for online purchases. Please help.

      On December 25th, I placed an order on an Ariat scrub set. Within about 48 hours, the pants were cancelled saying they would be refunded in **** business days. I then reordered the pants as they were still showing as in stock and they were cancelled, as well. At this point I decided to return the shirt on January 2nd, stating I would get a refund in two weeks. It has been 19 days from the first cancelled order and 17 from the second (I had no control over THEIR cancellation). The return is still in the 2-week window, but it is quickly approaching in the next three days with NO update. I have filed TWO cases. The first one was ignored completely. The second was sent with an automated email. I replied and explained AGAIN, and the same automation was sent. I have called 4 times. **************** did not answer the first three times. The fourth time, I got ahold of someone, and he said this was an issue for the billing department. He took my number and said they would call me back within 24 hours. This was 8 days ago. At this point, I have been more than patient and kind, but this is ridiculous that they cannot refund the orders that they cancelled due to being out of stock while they are still available on their website. They have been absolutely no help to get in contact with. I will never purchase there again.

      I ordered a pair of women's field boots from Ariat in July of 2023. I received the order within a few days. Over the next two months I took my time breaking in the boots as is recommended by the business. Despite this, the boot zipper continually unzipped while I was wearing the boots. In November I opened a case to ask for assistance with the product. I was told that I could have a replacement pair sent, after determining the product wasn't satisfactory. I haven't heard back since, despite following up with their support channels multiple times.

      I received a pair of boots for Christmas that were ordered online on 11-19-23. Order #******** amount $171.67. They were worn 3 days (office setting) and the stitching is unraveling on the front seam and is split about 1 inch so far. These boots have a 1 year warranty. I have contacted the business via chat, email and phone at least five times. I have sent pictures in of the boots and still have not received a resolution.I was final able to get a case # ******** but did not receive a response. I was finally able to talk with a live person and after being on hold forever, I was told someone would contact me in a day or two. This was mid last week and I still have not heard from them.I tried chat today but it was unavailable. I sent an email to their info and warranty addresses and got another case #******** but still have had no response from the company.Their customer service is poor at best as I have tried to get this resolved 5-6 times now and still no response. Quality of product is questionable for a pair of boots that sale for ****** before discount and their claim of a 12 month warranty means nothing if they will not respond.My first attempt was 1-2-2024 and my latest attempt was 1-8-23 and I still have no resolution to my issue.******************* *******************

      I purchased a pair of Ariat boots in June 2023 and the insole on one of the boots curled up and I can not wear them anymore because it is so uncomfortable. I contacted ***** on 11/11/23 about receiving the warranty on these boots. They have not contacted me at all. I have tried to reach out two more times still no answer. The warranty is only good for a year and it seems like they won't be contacting me until it is up. My order number is Order #********.

      I ordered a couple of items on 12/10/23. I received my items on 12/15/23. The hoodie I ordered was too large as I didn't expect sizes to run large like Carhartt. Initiated a return, got my QR code, and shipped the item back out on 12/17/23. I then received the item back from *** two days later. I've tried several ways of contacting customer service to get this resolved. I understand the holidays are right around all this time, but to not ever receive a response after 2 emails/ 2 support requests, and now phone calls I have to resort to this really? Once this is resolved I will never buy from ARIAT again. After reading the recent reviews from multiple sources I'll make sure to let anyone know to stay the h*** away from this absolute trash company, especially the trades as someone who works them. Customer service is non-existent and or lazy, refusing to do their actual job.
