July 13, 2023 paid **** down and it came with a warranty the same day the car engine light came I contacted the dealership they said they would fix it and sent it to the *** in ********** to get a diagnosis they made the payment then they disputed the payment *** had a recall on the engine but wont fix it because the dealership did fraud then the warranty company wouldnt cover it because they sold the car with the engine light on I keep trying th contact them and their ignoring meBusiness response

On July 13, 2023 you finance a 2016 Kia ****** with ******* miles and paid $2000 down payment. The vehicle was sold with a 6 month **** miles *** Service Contract, No dealer warranty. You contacted us Friday, July 21, 2023 about 5 weeks later to inform us the engine light was on in your vehicle. Yes, we did send you to ********** to confirm the issue and offer to fix the issue, we paid the diagnostic and had a serpentine belt replaced along with other parts before sending you to the dealership, which wasn't causing the engine light. We also confirmed with ********** payment had no issue and Invoice was paid and closed. There was no disputed payment issue or fraud listed when verified on November 27, 2023. Your AUL Service Contract was not honored due to expiration of mileage ******* listed on diagnostic invoice at the time of diagnostic, which was on Thursday, August 24, 2023 At that time your service contract was already expired. You drove the Vehicle over **** miles less than a month and a half. We're not liable for any repairs or fixes after a sale without a dealer warranty. We fixed the pedal position sensor due to an issue you occurred that you were having along with a back brake switch from our local mechanic. The serpentine belt was also replaced *********** dealership found defaulted at the time of diagnostic, Labor and fees was covered by us. We offered to help out of the kindness of our heart and to protect our name and reputation. We have spoken to you multiple times before you picked your registration and plates up from us. Also, at the beginning of your statement, you stated the vehicle engine light came on the day you purchased the vehicle which isn't true, towards the end of your statement you stated we sold the car with the engine light on which isn't true. We sincerely want to apologize for any inconvenience you are having.
