I went to Scott Robinson Honda in ******** for a regular service, I asked for an oil change and tire rotation a few days later I noticed the tires werent rotated and I was charged for it, I contacted the dealership told them about the situation the lady I spoke to said that if had proof I told her I had taken pictures of the the car a few days before the the service took place and I can see the tires in the pictures because the rear tire has some scratches thats why I was able to tell they didnt do the tire rotation. A few minutes later the lady that help me out that day reached out to me apologizing her name is *********************************** by the way saying that the tire rotation wasnt done because my tires were bad and forgot to tell me but she didnt forget to charge me for it, also on my paperwork it says that the splash shield was damaged and need it to be replaced when I got home I looked under the car and the splash shield wasnt there at all, I been coming to this dealership since I purchased the car back in November 2021, but now wont be coming back I wonder how many time have they been doing this and gotten away with it. 16Initial Complaint

On August 31st I was asked to bring my car to Scott Robinson jeep. The general manager **** made an offer and committed to buying the vehicle. They took possession of my car and instructed me to come back the following week to pick up my check. On September 7th I was contacted by the dealership to come in and get me check. When I arrived I was told the **** the manager I was dealing with was fire and ********************* was going to take care of me. After leaving multiple messages I decided to visit him at the Scott Robinson Honda dealership. When I arrived he was extremely rude and told me he could not give me a reason he just decided to void the whole transaction. I explained that this was a car my late grandfather drove. I was selling it to pay for a funeral. The dealership kept my car for a week and neglected their committed at the end. This caused emotional distress to my entire family. **** is incredibly rude and unprofessional. Also threatened and made jokes about legal action.Initial Complaint

??1-?When I brought my vehicle for body repair on 02/16/2023, after a I paid a $2,000 for ?mechanical repairs at the same dealership. I asked ************** to return all old ?replaced parts ?and he agreed to it. Has been resistant to deliver replaced old parts in spite ?promising he will. I picked up my vehicle on 03/30/2023 to find out that the front bumper is misaligned with the front fender ? ************** argued that the vehicle has not sustained any damage at his body ?shop since it never left it. in spite the fact, when I reminded him and he ?agrees to the fact that ?my vehicle has been test driven by his body shop employee(s). Mr. ****** gave me a new repair ?estimate of $2,200 for me to repair the already repaired front ?bumper damage including ?repairing the right front fender. ************** refuses to admit the damage occurred while my ?vehicle was in his body shop and do the necessary repairs at the dealership own cost. When I tried to reason with him, he yelled at me ?saying End of discussion and he hang up the ?phone in my face.? I am on a fixed SS retirement income, LA County Low Income qualified and I have a medical disability and I need my vehicle to drive to my ******************** ?Currently my vehicle remains at the Scott Robinson Honda Body Shop located at: **********************************************************************. AC/Heater/Defrost is non-operational. It has been since 1/6/22. And my car parts are not able to be located. I have taken my car into the same dealership for the same repair multiple times. Dates for repairs are as follows: 1/6/22, 11,10/21, 1/4/21, 8/31/20, 8/21/20, and 10/06/18. I have all the service records. I bought my car brand new from **************. This last time I took my car in for repair - once I was notified my car parts were unavailable, I requested a rental car or courtesy car and my request was rejected, despite my expressed communication of the safety concerns with driving a car without a defrost (morning commutes on the 110 freeway can be very dangerous without a working defrost). Currently to date - my car parts still have a shipping location of "unknown location". I have my service records and email exchanges if needed.Business response

On 8/26/21 I purchased a 2018 jeep renegade from Scott Robinson Honda dealership in Torrance California. I also purchased a full coverage warranty on the vehicle. The dealership offered to drive the vehicle to my residence, while I drove my other personal vehicle home. After driving the vehicle for the first time the next morning, I felt a violent shaking, pop the hood, and discovered all of the engine mounts were torn in the vehicle. The most noticeable and clearly broken was the passenger side engine mount. Every attempt to contact Scott Robinson Honda has left me empty-handed. Despite my warranty, they asked me to call other dealerships and refused me a courtesy vehicle, which is provided by my warranty. They also informed me on the phone that if I attempt to bring my car in for a repair, I am going to be charged a storage fee, the total cost of which will be at their discretion, as well as a deductible for any repairs that may need to be performed on the vehicle.
