In regards to the refund for the 2 items she returned. We will issue a refund for this today 4/14/22. The total dollar amount will be $******. I tried their product and wasn't really thrilled with it so I wanted to cancel. Before I did they sent my next shipment and I called them and they said to return it and they would refund my money. I returned the product right away - that was in September. They never refunded my money. I have called them twice and first they said it would be in my account December 4th. It wasn't. I called again and this time they said December 12th. It still hasn't come. When I tried to call again today no one answered the phone!Business response

The account has been cancelled and we just received his return on 7/22/21. I have called the customer and gave him all the information and how we will issue his refund this week. Customer is aware of the time frame and understood. No further shipments will be sent and this has been resolved. Thank you.Initial Complaint

************************ had two accounts that were open on a Autoship program. One was for customer and another for her son. Son account was closed on 7/9/2020 and customer account closed on 11/27/20. ********************** Corp has issued a refund already to customer for $89.10 which was processed on 12/29/21. Refund was put back on customer's credit card. We have not billed customer for anything else since accounts were closed. nothing else pending from Sun Chlorella. Please let me know if there is anything else needed.
